Nathan is a nice guy. He came out and looked at the gutter project we had. Within a week Logan was out and did the project in just an afternoon. Good group to work with.

Nathan and Aaron added a gutter to my house and leaf guards to my barn. The work was top-notch. They were fast, precise and professional. No issues at all. Nathan even added some support brackets to the gutters on the barn to bring them up to standard. Yes, they earned a solid 5 star rating. Highly recommend.

This was my first time having to find a company to help with cleaning out gutters and do some repairs. I had no idea what to say or how to describe my issue. Nathan took my phone call, listened through the chaos and said he'd put me on the schedule and they showed up quickly after! AMAZING communication, great work and a friendly team. I had no idea what to expect cost wise and I was more than pleased with their pricing. They even came out on a stormy dreary day and cleaned/repaired my gutters while it was spitting rain. The reviews don’t lie! Very honest company and great to work with. I was in the fence about installing guards myself but I’m glad that I hired the professionals to do it. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. It would have taken me all day or more. They also warranty their work and product for 10+ years. I’m not sure why I waited so long to get this done. I have 4 trees surrounding my house and these guards will absolutely make life easier for me.

They reset a gutter, repaired and added downspouts as well as drain pipe. They did a good job, did it quickly, and all at a reasonable price. We still had issues with the reset gutter and they came back out at no cost to fix it. Would recommend.

Great service, quality work and affordable. Not one to typically leave reviews, but I figure the good ones need recognition these days. Will use again. To add contents, we needed 6 inch gutter repair on a tall 2 story. Crew did the work on a Saturday. Simple and timely communication via text. Project executed as expected. Electronic payment. Happy camper.

Nathan and the rest of the Gutter Guys crew were great to work with. They were fast, all installed in a day and did great cleaning up. Our house is a new construction quite a ways South of Kansas City, even though it was quite a drive for them, Nathan still gave me a reasonable quote which fit our budget and beat out the other unrealistic quotes we received. They came out and we discussed where we wanted the downspouts, which we had a couple of specific requests, no downspouts in the front or on the stone by the back porch. Our roof is all hips and no gables so we had gutters on every side. Ahead of time we painted the fascia to color match the gutters and everything turned out beautifully, the gutters look amazing, after all this snow melts, I will take some pictures and update my post.

It is very rare in my experience that you call someone out for an estimate to do a job and guy tells you you don't actually need what your asking for. Nathan told me I didn't need new gutters which is what I called him out for. He didn't make any money by telling me this and he even gave me some tips on how to fix the issue I believed required new gutters. The honesty of Nathan is beyond refreshing when dealing with these types of encounters. I will definitely be coming to them in the future when I do in fact require gutter work. Unfortunately I had to come back and edit my 5 star review a year later. Originally was a good experience with the install of gutters and guards.
However, this summer I noticed water dripping from one of the gutter seams right outside my window. I finally crawled on the roof to inspect and it looks like the connection was not sealed completely. I had Nathan's email from prior communication, so I shot him a quick email to have someone come take a look. Well it's now been over two months and I have emailed him directly multiple times, used the contact us form on their website, called both the Google listed phone # and the one on the website and left countless voicemails, and texted many times. The first time I called I actually got ahold of Nathan and he said he'd let scheduling know, but that's been over a month and since that one call, each time I call it goes to voicemail.
I am really disappointed that they won't respond to me. I had a contractor friend who had been highly recommending The Gutter Guys to clients, but is not anymore after hearing from multiple people besides me that there just isn't any communication when there's issues after the install.
I chose this company because of their long workmanship warranty, but it doesn't work to have a long warranty if they don't respond.

I called for a small gutter repair request, not a big money maker job, Nathan actually showed up that afternoon. He took care of the repair and was thorough in answering my questions about gutter replacement for the future. What a breath of fresh air when some days I can't even get people to return a call for things like this. Thank you, Nathan.
