I can't say enough about The Gutter Guys. If you need new gutters or are considering gutter guards, call them. Their guards actually work, and they're a great company.

They installed new gutters and gutter guards on my house 8 years ago. It should speak volumes that I never had to call them...until I noticed the gutters were clogging a few months after I had a new roof installed. Josh from The Gutter Guys came right out, took a look, and told me the roofer screwed up, nailing and tarring the gutter guards to the roof. Not only that, but the roofing crew threw a bunch of shingles and other roofing materials into the gutters before incorrectly attaching the gutter guards
to my brand new, expensive roof.

I worked with Dan H and his amazing team to hold the roofing company accountable and have the problem fixed. Dan was the ultimate professional. Working with him, I knew everything would be okay. And as of this morning, it is. Josh arrived promptly with a small crew, all of whom were professional and friendly. Again, I can't say enough. I highly recommend The Gutter Guys.

Richard J and Donnell were great! They cleared our completely clogged downspouts now our gutters are working perfectly. Richard was also thorough in his explanation after they finished. I'll definitely call them again!

Fantastic customer service and communication and they did an excellent job and a very reasonable price. We will now be using them three times a year given the positive experience that we had.

Good experience with Gutter Guys. Mike & Ron (Truck #16) came out on time and knocked out the cleaning quickly - within maybe 15 or 20 minutes. They were professional and courteous, noting some issues I had with back-flow in the gutters that surround my garage. I decided to take them up on an offer for an estimate for replacement.

This is a good, professional group that I'm sure I'll use for annual cleaning.

I had my gutters replaced and The Gutter Guys did an excellent job. I had great customer service from the rep that came to give me a quote, to their schedulers, to the installation team. They also were comparably priced and come with a life time warranty. I highly recommend!

I had The Gutter Guys install new gutters on my home and they did a great job. Danny & Chris showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. They were very courteous and professional.

Very happy to pay for annual gutter cleaning. I have a steep roof and find no reason to get on the roof myself. I like that I am already on the annual schedule, receive a text and a phone call automatically each year now. I also used to have the very expensive gutter guards (not a product of gutter guys)were installed by previous owner and had many issues. I removed those and find it very economical to just have the gutter cleaning service each year.

I had a great experience with the Gutter Guys. They came out for a free estimate and explained everything to me. The prices for the services I needed were reasonable, and scheduling was a breeze. They came out and replaced my gutter with a newer and better system.

We had The Gutter Guys replace our gutters and their guys did a fantastic job. They were friendly, very professional and our yard was spotless when they finished. We had an issue with one gutter dripping because it was on a very flat roof, I called and they sent someone out the next day. We also had them install gutter guards at the same time. I will check back after the Fall leaf drop if we have any issue with them. At this point, I would highly recommend them.

Gutter Guys was very easy to work with. Quick and clear communication. Very quick service. Did not try to sell me any specific products (I actually followed up because I’m so used to these types of services coming with an action items list). Would definitely hire them again.

I got 3 estimates and the Gutter Guys were the best price by far. What impressed me the most was the 2 gentlemen (Josh & Eric) that came here and did the work. Fast, clean, efficient and very personable. They answered every question I had. If you get gutters from this company be sure to request Eric and Josh, you won't be disappointed.

The Gutter Guys are a great choice if you need your gutters replaced. They came to my house to give me an estimate a few days after I called, and it was an easy and reasonable. I chose them because I asked a ton of questions and they gave me answers and options without talking down to me or being annoyed. I also decided to install their own gutter guards, so remembering and paying someone to clean my new gutters in the spring and fall is gone. Tyler's crew came on time, were respectful, and did a great job. They were done before I knew it. Finally, they have great customer service. I received calls before and after the work was complete.

The Gutter Guys did a great job at a fair price. Great communication, on time & friendly. Highly recommend.

I've hired the Gutter Guys twice -- for gutter/downspout replacement and gutter cleaning and for soffit work. Both times we've had a positive experience. They came right out and gave a free estimate, and thoroughly explained the estimate, different options and what was involved. They completed the jobs earlier than promised. And most importantly, they did quality work. I'd highly recommend them.

I hired The Gutter Guys to fix my gutters, and they did a great job. The workers were nice and came on time. The gutters they put up seem really strong and well-made. I like how neat and tidy they made everything look, no leaks or problems. I'm happy with their work on my house.

Gutter Guys installed our gutter guards in under 2 hours, including cleaning our gutters! They were professional and very nice to work with and the guards look great. Chris even took me around the house to review the work with me and asked if I had any questions. He even gave me a brand new broom that extends up to 20 feet to clear any debris that may sit on top of the guards. Highly recommend!

Gutter guys did amazing- we had them out initially to clean our gutters, & a month later to install gutter guards ( in which they even refunded my cleaning fee since I opted for gutter guards). They were quick, responsible & affordable. The crew that worked on our house today, Eric, Josh & Erik were great. No fuss, no mess, easy Peezy. Which we all need more of these days. Highly recommend. It started with Matt, he arrived on time, measured what we needed and provided us with a very reasonable quote. Two very polite gentleman came on time and went to work immediately removing our old gutter and installing the new ones. They were very polite as well as efficient. When they were finished they cleaned up the yard to make sure they left no debris behind. We highly recommend Gutter Guys to anyone that is in need!

Literally the worse experience we've ever had with a name-brand company, and we get A LOT done to our home annually. From pressure washing, to landscaping, the gutters, all of it, nearly every spring. I called to schedule our gutter service and was told an email would be sent to confirm pricing/time/etc. I received an email from someone named Hannah M in the Rosedale office stating the price of and to reply where I'd like the debris left after services. I had our service so-called "completed" on Monday 3/31/25 around noon, for 9 whole minutes; we have motion sensors on property that tell us when someone arrives and leaves. No debris was left per my contract, and nothing was moved/wet/altered at my house under the spouts/hoses/etc when I got home. I called and asked to speak to someone, and have the crew come back out Friday afternoon when I am home, as we have NOTHING to show for the work (they even took the debris after stating it would be left on property). Someone called me back today, 4/1, apparently an office manager. Wouldn't let me speak, kept cutting me off, praising her "professionals" in getting their work done in under 10mins on my 2story home, had no excuse for why the debris wasn't left after I started where to put it in the email response, was completely and utterly unprofessional in her response and basically was calling me a liar. This is the WORST company I have dealt with for our home maintenance. Bet now no one will use them in a neighborhood like mine EVER. 0 stars.

Per response from owner below, who has nothing better to do than reply to reviews on Google clearly. It's funny how defensive you are about your crew, and per your contract you email, no debris was left so none was removed. Money is withdrawn once service is complete, it's okay I am speaking with your franchise owner shortly. You have wonderful day scamming people.

I had Gutter Guys install new gutters ( front & back) in my townhouse and couldn't be happier. The men that did the installation were prompt quick, very professional & courteous. The price was less than I expected. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is in need of gutter repair or replacement. Thank you Gutter Guys!

I've used them a few times now and they're always on time and very professional from start to finish. Their price point is great and they also do a great job of keeping the yard clean from the debris from the gutters.
