I called The Gutter Guys for a quote to clean my gutters. They were responsive, affordable and very communicative. They kept me informed of their schedule, arrived when they said they would and did a thorough job. J and Donnell are great guys! They are polite, work hard and very pleasant to chat with. I also found the office very friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend The Gutter Guys and will be calling again for future gutter cleanings.

Gutter Guys had replaced my old gutters 7 years ago. Just recently we decided to get gutter guards. Friends told us to get another company. Long story short I kicked their salesman off my property they were so pushy!!!!!! Then I called gutter guys not only was the price $6,000 less it was a pleasure from the beginning Matt came to house gave me a price and we accepted he was very professional!! Eric and his team did the install and It is awesome!!!! Don't let other companies scare you away from calling the Gutter Guys you will be amazed at the professionalism and price!!!

The Gutter Guys did a great job at our house. They let me know when they were coming, left a report based in inspection and cleaning. Will contact them again in the Fall.

I hired Gutter Guys for a small repair and they were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was great and Danny and Chris did a great job, providing photos of the repair to help with peace of mind. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will continue to spread the word!

Crew that came out did a great job and were very professional. Jay and Donnell were a pleasure to deal with. Their work was thorough- in addition to clearing the gutters, they cleared the clogs in the downspouts, took the debris with them, rolled up the hoses and closed the gates in the yard. I just had a new gutter system installed by the Gutter Guys. They were professional, courteous and completely cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them if you have the need.

The Gutter Guys - Danny, Keith, Rob and Mike - did a fantastic job replacing my gutters. The new white seamless gutters and brown gutter guards look wonderful! The guys were very professional and took every scrap of old gutters with them. The entire crew was efficient and courteous! Highly recommended!!!

Provided a detailed estimate with diagrams, and followed through on everything promised! I received communication updates on status, and scheduling, via phone, for every major step. I had my gutters replaced with The Gutter Guys just about a year ago and they have worked and looked great ever since! The crew completed the work while I was away from the home and left the property just as they had found it. I live across the street from a heavily wooded area and frequently have issues with debris clogging the system so I will be looking to have the GutterGard system installed by the fall! Do you offer financing?

The Gutter Guys replaced my gutters just about a year ago and they did an amazing job! I have not had any issues with my gutter system ever since it was replaced. The office staff and crew were very knowledgable and answered any questions that I had. The entire process was very simple. Overall, they are a great company with great employees who take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all future jobs including gutter cleanings!

The two men only flushed my gutters with a hose. They did NOT clean them. I spent $205 for <$50 worth of work. There is still crud and debris on the drip edge that will continue to gather leaves and seeds.
And as they were pulling their hose off my roof they pulled off the flashing on one of the valleys and if I hadn’t seen it in progress they would have left it that way. When I pointed it out Tyler did go back onto the roof and screw it back in place.

They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Scheduling an estimate was simple. The Rep who came out (Matt) was personable and patient with my very friendly dog. He was informative, helpful and there was zero pressure. The work was done in the quoted timeframe and I didn’t need to take off of work to have the job completed. They performed quality work and I am very happy with the final result. They also cleaned up thoroughly which was a big help.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great. Called and requested service, and was told it would be a 3-4 week wait depending on the weather. In less than 2 weeks they got back to me, said they were coming out and did a great job cleaning out the gutters on this older (1990s) residence. Highly recommend.

This company is the truth. From Ken, Brianna and the administrator staff to the installers were willing to give details, provided timely response to calls and send updates on status of your estimate and work getting complete. Danny and the crew were great to work with as they installed gutters, soffitt, fascia and down spout. Also, the clean up is on point. Overall, this crew was phemonal. Thanks Gutter Guys and I will definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors.

The whole process from the free estimate, the setting up of the appointment, to the job being done was professional. I had some other companies give estimate and it was way more. The gentleman who did the installation were professional and efficient. I like that it has a lifetime warranty. Brianna is always pleasant when we spoke, thank you to the entire operation. That’s one less worry having the gutter guard over our gutter.

I have used The Gutter Guys for a number of years now and have been very pleased with their work. I just had Manny and Shelby clean my gutters and they did a great job. Shelby was awesome and I appreciate their hard work!

I am writing to formally advise the management of my recent negative experience with your customer service and scheduling process. Before explaining the issue, I want to acknowledge that my previous experiences with Gutter Guys were positive. In 2004 (gutter guard installation) and 2023 (gutter guard upgrade with installation), the installers performed excellent work, and I was very satisfied with the service provided. Which is why I am incredibly disappointed with the my most recent experience.
In September 2025, I contacted Gutter Guys to request removal of my gutter guards with a later reinstallation, per the requirements of the roofing company that is replacing my roof. The scheduler provided a quote of $1200 for the removal and reinstallation service. I expressed shock and concern that this price exceeded what I had initially paid for the newer gutters and guards in 2023, but I was told the cost was higher because the crew would need to visit my home twice. Although the explanation did not fully resolve my concerns, I accepted the contract and was given November 14, 2025, as the earliest available appointment. When I asked whether an earlier date was possible, I was told no, and that November 14th was the date when installation crews would be in my area.
On November 7, 2025, two months after scheduling, I received a call around 3:00 p.m., informing me that my appointment would need to be moved to November 11, 2025 due to a lack of available crews on November 14th. I explained that this change required me to rearrange commitments I had pre-scheduled, but I was told that was the only available date. The scheduler repeated that this was the only time a crew would be available in my area. Given no other option, I accepted the new date and rearranged two other appointments to accommodate the newly scheduled date.
On November 10, 2025 at 10:35 a.m., I received a text message asking me to confirm my November 11th appointment, which I did. Later that same day, I received another call from the scheduler stating that my appointment was being cancelled and rescheduled back to November 14th due to high winds and crew availability. I explained again that I had already rearranged several appointments due to the prior rescheduling. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to Hanna, who repeated that the issue was due to wind gusts and added that the crew assigned was a volunteer team and that the office would be closed for Veteran’s Day. When I asked why an appointment would be scheduled on a day the office was closed, she reiterated that the change was due to weather. Her tone and response gave me the impression that I simply had to accept the situation without consideration of the inconvenience or the financial implications that the rescheduling was causing me.
My concern and requests are as follows:
1. I was given no meaningful options after the appointment was rescheduled, Twice
2. Neither the scheduler or the manager made an effort to offer alternative solutions or accommodations for the fact that my appointment had been inconveniently rescheduled twice despite having been scheduled for more than two months
3. The quoted price for the service seemed overinflated given the original price of the new gutter guards with installation was $1000 in 2023.
4. At this point, you have lost a long-standing repeat customer, as I have opted to have the gutter guards removed and replaced by another company.

Great experience with the Gutter Guys - friendly, prompt and professional service. Great communication throughout the process.

There was an aesthetic problem with the placement of the downspout during our initial installation, but they were quick to find a solution (thanks to Briauna for her help passing on all my messages), and completed solved the issue with a quick return visit: Danny and his team came out to reposition the downspout quickly and professionally, and it now looks great.

Overall, this company stands by their work and their employees, from sales to install to troubleshooting, and are terrific! I'd use them again without hesitation.
