We literally called them specifically for one section of our house. Our sales guy Mike quoted us for our entire exterior and gave great price however on day of installation they completed the entire house except the one spot we called them for. They said they would be back in a day or so, well it’s been 2 months and not a peep. But they have no problem billing us for the part of the house we didn’t need or ask for.

Robert goes above and beyond, in helping people understand the importance of a LeafGuard system on your home. He is destined for great things with the company. The absolute BEST representative I’ve ever encountered with!

Very clean work today! Hired Leafguard to come out and do gutter installation for our home due to flooding and poor drainage issues because previous owners took them off. Anyway, Matthew Nichols was our sales rep earlier this week and he was amazing at his job! Super professional and knowledgeable! The crew that came out within the same week and was super fast and thorough! I LOVE the look and the quality of the product! It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you all so very much!!!!!!

our salesman Matt sold us a bill of goods. told us a bunch of non truths. what he said about installation was not the same as production and general managers said. crew was not professional at all. first rain had more water coming out of vented soffits than downspout. called and production manager said could have someone here in 2 days. i told him i had doctors appointments and he said he could do it next afternoon. no one showed up. called him and he said no it was 2 days away, i reminded him about our conversation. sent someone on friday instead of wednesday .said they fixed in with diverter flashing and caulk. next rain water running right over gutter. called again and was told oct 2nd first thing in morning. it is now 10:15 and no one knows where crew is. not a great company

update: man on friday never showed. called again, said would have someone here in about an hour. man showed up and as soon as he got out of truck he told me nothing he could do because of metal roof. he took pictures and sent to product manager. i called manager and he said he would be out on monday. he showed up himself and made modifications. still waiting for rain to see if all is good.raised one star

Roslyn was very knowledgeable about her product. Explained procedures of installation, warranty, etc. very pleasant. Nice job.

Mr. Robert came in and gave us all the information we needed that he can give, but he went one step above and let us pick anyone on their mapping system and he called them and got their review on the gutter system. He even offered us to come to his house to see as well.
Mr. Robert is very well trained in his job. I very much appreciated everything he did for us.

Extremely overpriced. We ended up getting a similar product for ~1/6th of their originally quoted price. I tried to cancel and could not get any in-writing confirmation. The address they gave us to mail our cancellation notice to was invalid; the courier had to send it back to us. I emailed/called the rep, branch manager, and main branch multiple times. Was always told I would hear back from someone else, but never did. I could not reach the branch manager, not even once. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get our down payment back. I would strongly advise you avoid this company.

Tyler was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the product, very honest and super patient with me. He was even prompt on the time he scheduled to come out. I really appreciate excellent service like this.

I got leafgruard gutters put on my house.
The company misled me saying and marking the contract that there would be no interest on my loan until paid in full. Totally not true. I got hit with $4000 in interest. I have been unable to get anyone to help. They have basically ghosted me. Don’t go with company. Very bad representation.

I can’t speak for the service itself, cause I don’t have gutters, However, I see this crew at a gas station every morning, and they’re constantly super polite to the staff, And there were about 15 of them in line Purchasing whatever they needed, and I was at the back of the line and I had to make it to school on time which I definitely would not have done otherwise, And they all let me cut in front of them And I’m just writing this cause I thought that was really really kind, thank you again!

Alloy did the gutters on my home in fenton and were precise, quick, and efficient. No more water in my basement!

My gutter on the back of the house was replaced. The company came and completed the job on the same day that I called them. Good job and cleanup. I will recommend to others.
