Horrible company. They say they have a lifetime warranty. But when you call for service, you just got a number where you have to leave a message to have someone call you. If your schedule is busy like mine and my spouse, this likely isn't going to work for you. They have no way for you to actually connect to someone to make an appointment, they have to call you. They leave a message. Always with a different return number that always dumps you back to the central phone to leave a message again. Its like a horrible version of groundhog's day.

Nothing but trouble. If I could do it over again, I would choose anything else. Not sure what happened to customers calling and actually getting someone who can help them. When did we turn to a world where the company's time is more valuable instead of the customer's.

Brian from Leaf Guard had stopped by to provide a free estimate for gutter replacement today. He spent a lot of time explaining all the different facets of the pros and cons and answered all my questions. Really appreciate the time and info given to us today to help make an informed decision.

We were able to meet with Sherika and she was very informative and helped us to understand exactly what we were getting! She made the process of purchasing the LeafGuard System easy. I really appreciate that she wasn’t a pushy saleswoman and made us comfortable with the purchase. We’re excited about getting the product installed. We need more saleswomen like Sherika.

Met with Francis Elescano from Leafguard of DC regarding our gutters. He was such a nice person, very personable, very knowledgeable, he explained everything from beginning to end on how the project will be, how long it will take. He went through all the pictures that were taken of our gutters and explained in detail what was happening. Highly recommended. Looking forward to seeing our new gutters in a few weeks. The professional representation of Leafguard by Xena were exceptional. She help my husband and I make an informed decision to go with Leafeguard.

My meeting with Sherika Parker, LeafGuard Water Management Specialist yesterday was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and detailed about what water damage can do to your property if you don't have the right gutter equipment installed and how costly it would be over time. Very professional and committed to giving me a great presentation of what I would be investing in my home. She emphasized how LeafGuard guarantees the work done. Her inspection & pictures of the gutters/downspours for the front & back of my house, and my garage was were thorough. She took the time to show me what need to be done and she answered every question to my satisfaction. I was pleased how quickly she put together and affordable package for me and
I was approved right away. When we completed the signing of the contract I was elated when she told me about the vacation voucher. She went over every detail of the contract, making sure everything was in order before she departed. The installation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th.
I referred my daughter for a LeafGuard consultation.

Our leaf guard rep, Candice, was very informative. She took the time to go over what our gutters look like now, what problem are or will occur. She explain the benefits of leaf guard and each part that is included. She was also able to secure us some hefty discounts to make it more affordable! I would personally recommend Candice and the leaf guard team for anyone looking for a lifetime fix to their gutter problems.

Mike and Andy were easy to work with and well informed about the product. They answered all our questions and concerns.

Mariah was thorough, friendly and professional. We really appreciated her knowledge of the Leafguard system. We were able to get a proposal, make a down-payment and set a date for our new system all in one day! It was a great experience and we are looking forward our new Leafguard system!

I am writing this review with the sales person still sitting here in my house. Mariah Medina is truly a lovely and professional lady. She is wonderful to deal with. Her explanations are extremely understandable and she answered all our questions. We are familiar with the product since our closest neighbors have the Leafguard gutter system and have been extremely happy with their systems. I feel that Mariah has done Leafguard proud and is truly wonderful at her job and loves it too. I will write a secondary review after the installation of the gutters.
