The sales person was Candice. She did an excellent job. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. Candice represented the company well and should we decide to move forward, I’d extend credit to her. Our decision to not commit was based on overall pricing for gutter replacements

I was very impressed with LeafGuard’s entire process, from sales to installation and final cleanup. Trevor was very informative and did not employ any high pressure tactics. The installers were very professional and did it right, even replacing sections of fascia board that had some wood rot. They finished in one day and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The lifetime warranty and the promise of support at any time are reassuring. So we highly recommend the LeafGuard system.

Xena came and did our gutter inspection showed us pictures and did a great job explaining product and was very patient with us and showing how the product would help us.

If I could give minus stars I would. Horrible customer service and gutter didn't work on a portion of my roof where there was a corner plus it couldn't handle heavy rains. It just overflows over the edge.

Anyway I needn't fascia board replaced but since leafguard mounts are proprietary (I was told) they are the only ones who can remove the gutters. First I was told they can't do it. I was persistent so now they said they can do it but the gutters need replaced. I said OK and I was getting calls from all over the country and eventually never heard from them again. So I'm having all the leafguard gutters replaced.

Candice came to my house to give me a leaf guard estimate. She is super friendly and tried to get a price that I could afford. Due to other projects, I was unable to sign a contract but it seems like a good product.

Candice came to our house for a checkup. She was on time and very friendly and helpful. She helped us to arrange for a service call. She should be rewarded for duty above and beyond what could be expected. She is an exampkary employee;!

After sitting through a sales pitch I did not intend to bite on, I was impressed with how thoroughly this system is thought out and supported. I have a couple unique issues with my rain drainage and Leaf guard seemed to meet all of them better than other options. I have several maple trees, drippy edges, and solar panels dripping snow into my former rain gutters. This system should remove debris better, let the snow fall easier, and not clog with maple seeds. So far, so good. Installation was much faster than expected, they were done in about 4 hours just a couple days after I signed. They worked through the rain and even the foreman did a walk around with me to ensure I was happy after working in the rain all day. He again assured me that if I have any problems, any clogs in the gutter to just call them and they will come take care of it. Hopefully I don't need to call but I was very reassured by the crew rather than just a salesman that they stand behind their work.

Candice is very professional, patient, very knowledgeable about the LeafGuard gutter materials and she recommends the best install materials for our home. My family said she needs a promotion "An All Star Gutter Specialist". We liked that she is persistent but not a pushy sales person, allowed us time to make our decision with privacy. Let's Go Candice!

Candice, is exceptionally knowledgeable and talented. The product is very good and worth the investment. Candice deserves a promotion for her role in promoting this product. Ask for her and she’ll explain it in detail. She’s in the beltsville office.

Adam Rumer was very thorough in explaining the advantages of the gutter system, was extremely pleasant and helpful, answered all our questions and patiently assisted us in navigating upgrade when we had difficulty completing the process for financing.
