The Brothers That Just Do Gutters ( Peter and Linda Awando ) installed new gutters and downspouts for my two story house and did an excellent job! My first contact with them was Tony Hundza ( sales associate ) and he helped determine exactly what was needed for my dripping and overflowing 26 year old gutters. Once I decided to move forward with the job, the communication with this company was impeccable. The crew showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done! You could tell they took pride in their work and they made sure my property was cleaned up before leaving my house. After some rain, I noticed a slight issue, called the office and spoke to Linda who is just delightful and soon thereafter, Peter, the owner, came out and happily made the necessary adjustment. They are knowledgeable, responsive and eager to make sure the job is right. I had a great experience from start to finish and both Linda and Peter made me feel appreciated as a customer! I can personally and highly recommend THIS franchise ( Peter and Linda Awando ) of Gutters That Just Do Gutters for all your gutter needs!

After months of searching and reading reviews for gutter companies, I ended up going with The Brothers that just do Gutters and am very pleased! Robbie came out and did a quick estimate and gave his honest recommendations and that is what we went with. The installs were both very friendly and got the job done within a day and made sure to remove all of the old debris.

It has only rained a few times since the install was completed but they are definitely doing their job. They even added some rain deflectors to route the rain directly into the gutters and said they can move them / add / remove if need be as this is covered under the warranty.

I went with their top of the line rain gutters and oversized downspouts and they are a life saver. We have a good number of trees and the gutter protectors are doing exactly what they're designed to do! It was well worth the extra money and will save a ton of time in the fall when the leaves begin to fall.

Gutters are not cheap, especially when replacing all of them on a 3 story house, but this was well worth the money! I'm glad I went with this company and will continue to recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future if I ever need drainage assistance!

Thoroughly professional from start to finish from estimate to completed installation. Office also the same which is an exception these days. They replaced my 16 year old gutters with larger one’s and gutter guard for less money than another company charged just to install gutter guard. Hasn’t rained since so it’s early days but I’m very pleased with the service so far. Installers Fernando and Jessy were exceptional, helpful and left the site really clean.

Met at the house, reviewed the gutter problem and agreed on the remedy. The next day they arrived and got it done.

Great service. Very friendly. They didn't try to upsale me. I had a small job and they finished from the estimate day to completetion within 2 weeks. I couldn't even tell they had been at my house! Loved Matt (the man that did our estimate) and the 2 youngersters who came and did the work. The gutter has gone through a hurricane and many days of rain and it's working great and it looks great! The team at Brothers were great from start to finish. My biggest concerns when it comes to my house is honesty and quality. The team was honest with the repair/replacement I needed. I felt as though they treated my home as if it was their own. I knew exactly what to expect from cost to the time of arrival and install. In today’s market, I’ve found it’s difficult to find an honest contractor that isn’t trying to rip you off. My only complaint, I wish they offered more services I could take advantage of! They were that great to work with. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors.

I’m very glad to have found the Brothers that Only Do Gutters, because the gutters on the back of our home are nearly 40’ up, and very few gutter cleaning companies have ladders tall enough. I tried multiple other companies, and all said they could do it - until they came to our house and realized they couldn’t.
Of course, it’s hard to ‘know’ they’re doing a good job, because I’m certainly not going up there to check 😜, but they’re on time, communicate well in advance, let us know if weather delays are a problem, and I don’t see water overflowing the gutters, so I tend to think they are. Nice people and very professional.

I used this company to replace a section of the gutters that had blown off during a bad storm. They were very responsive during the whole process. And professional. Also, the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Tony came to our home and gave a great review of what we needed for new gutters. It was not a sales pitch but just what he thought we needed after asking questions. It was a very comfortable experience and we were able to see the product he was presenting in a short time. Awesome job.

Peter and his great team just finished a project for me in Charlotte where they replaced our home's gutters as well as took care of some related maintenance on the wood beams supporting the gutters. They were happy to accommodate my special maintenance request and were great to work worth. They scheduled quickly, showed up promptly, completed the work quickly and did a great job with communication. I highly recommend them and know you'll have a good experience, too!

We got our gutters cleaned and gutter covers installed. Everyone we worked with from Brothers Gutters were friendly and responsive, the quality of the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Overall we had a great experience with them!

I was very pleased with all aspects of the project . The Brothers gave us a very good price and te quality of work and materials was very good. The installers were polite and skilled. The firm was very safety conscious .They cancelled when weather conditions made the work unsafe. They cleaned up everything and hauled away scrap material.The communication with them was exceptional .
I highly recommend them for gutter and leaf guard installations.

Amazing service and great price! We got new gutters installed with leaf guards and couldn't be happier! VERY VERY AFFORDABLE compared to other companies in the Charlotte area. The guys were very nice, very quick to get an estimate and up front about everything. Install took them less than an hour with minimal noise.

We chose to work with this Brothers That Just Do Gutters franchise because Tony The Sales Guy listened to our needs, understood our issues, suggested a painter who works closely with them (to simplify scheduling), and didn't try to upsell us.
But I have to admit that up until the actual day of the gutter installation, I was worried that I had made the wrong choice. Automated, unresponsive, impersonal communication from the company did not instill confidence. The install date was delayed at the last minute without telling me, and the new install day did not go as smoothly as I'd imagined. There were some lapses, some confusion, some lack of communication, some day-of issues. I was really worried.
And then Peter, The Owner, showed up. Peter's calm and friendly presence smoothed over all the issues and, working with his talented crew, got our new gutters installed in just one day. The result is beautiful.
I waited until after we had a significant rain storm to write this and report: these gutters did an excellent job for us. No leaks, no overflow. The majority of the roof runoff went into the big new gutters and down the big new downspouts. Success.
So, there is some bad (poor communication) but there is more good (Tony The Sales Guy, Ruben The Painter, Peter and his install crew).
BOTTOM LINE: Call the local number, try to avoid the franchise contact info (phone, website), and talk to someone in the office. If you can do that, you'll get excellent gutters with a good warranty and good all-around service.
