Excellent service. Mike came out and gave an estimate day after I requested a quote. Scheduling was super easy and they communicated non stop. Cleaning and repair day, I received message they were on their way and they showed up on time! They were very thorough cleaning and repairing my gutters and then made sure to advise me when they were done and make sure I was satisfied. This is how you are supposed to do business!! Thank you Mike and team for a job well done!

They are friendly, polite, professional, proactive (saw a repair that needed to be made but hadn't been brought up before) and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great experience!

I was very pleased with Mike's gutter repair. He did it quickly and at good price.

I had a leaky and rusted corner piece in my gutters. Mike came to my home in Mint Hill, examined it, gave me explanation of the problem and the condition of my leaf guard (not a quality brand) with great knowledge. I was impressed that he walked me through the pros and cons that had occurred before I moved in 1 and 1/2 years ago. I decided to go with Mike without any other evaluations. I am glad I did, knowing that down the road I will have an experienced man to call on.

I chose Mike to help me after reading the reviews he has received, and none of them let me down. My gutter pulled away from the roof of my two story house during the sleet and ice storm we had one week ago. Mike came out to look at my gutter on the same day I called. Stacy sent me an estimate that same day and kept me updated on next steps and timing. Mike finished the work that same week, before the snowstorm hit. He explained what he had done in repairing the gutter and even made it more secure than it had been previously. I am grateful I chose this company and will use them again.

Part of our gutter system was damaged after a recent snow storm. Mike's Gutter was very responsive and quickly removed the old gutter system. We took advantage of the fact that the gutter system was removed to repaint the house. Mike's Gutter worked closely with the painter and, once the painting was completed, they quickly installed the new gutter system. I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship.

Mike and Stacey are my GO TO for gutters, they're responsive, polite, knowledgeable and they want to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied! Have used them multiple times and am always left feeling like I received great value!

Mike's was absolutely great to work with. Very accommodating on color choices and listened to several problem areas of my gutter needs. They designed a custom way to handle the trouble areas that are so much better than the old gutters. Everything looks great and the crew were careful around all the plants and property. They even fixed some rotten boards and you can't tell where the repairs were made!

Mike, Stacy and the installers were great!!!! We live in Charlotte and I take care of my mom now. During the ice/snowstorm we just had, one of her gutters broke off hanging horribly, banging around. We were very concerned. Luckily, we found Mike's Gutter, and they came out quickly and took great care of us. I will definitely use them again if we have any further issues. Much appreciated. Mike's Gutter is one of the best company I've work with in a while. I'm located in Charlotte, NC. From the time I called a representative the was out that evening. He evaluated my issue, asked questions, gave a estimate. Within a hour they responded Ms Stacey was pleasant and efficient. She sent me a detail, sent invoice to evaluate then scheduled repair. I had to be out of town this Friday, they arranged to do it that evening. They arrived repaired the gutters. I'm more than satisfied. I highly recommend them I will include before and after photos.
