The installation team of Alonzo and Frank were Excellent and the only reason why I continued to work with ASG, compared to the office staff.

Office would send you to VM and not answering phones after multiple calls. The installation person did not call back for 4+ days until I had to send a nasty email to sales rep and another VM on office line.

Sale rep was nice in beginning then keep pushing off installation to someone else and would not follow through, as if it was my obligation to check on installation and status.
They are not quick to schedule from when they received the down payment, said it would be approx 4 weeks out, more like 8 weeks!

So again, happy with outcome ONLY because of installation crew, Alonzo and Frank. Otherwise I would have cancelled the agreement.

Installation was done in a timely manner and I can see where there was attention to detail. They took care not to disturb any of my flowerbeds or plants. Their cleanup afterwards was perfect. This is a company that I found to be friendly and professional.

This company has sent a representative to my home 5 times already and the gutters are still NOT working correctly. The rainwater pours over the gutters. Every time you call for warranty work, no one seems to be available to answer the phone. I got a quote from them, and then when I called back to have them come for the installation, they wanted to go up about $200 from the original quote. If you use these people, get the price in writing and pray they do it right the first time.

I would definitely think twice before using this company. I paid to have gutters put on my entire house. The initial installation crew left me with gutters having long scratches down to the bare metal, drip edge that was lifted up on quite a bit of my house and not the nicest of mitered corners. I had to call the company five times over the course of two months before they finally came out to fix these issues and it would have never got done if I hadn't hounded them. They never returned any calls and I had to chase after them. When the second crew came out, they did not want to replace one stretch of gutter because it wasn't on their list, but was obviously scratched. After I made them they became very unprofessional and rude, banging on my door ridiculously hard when they were done and then tried to deny it. I called and spoke with the office manager who could've cared less. When I asked for a return call after he looked into what happened he said "why do I need to call you back?". I tried contacting the owners but good luck trying to get someone in the office to answer the phone. I then tried the owners via email and I never received a response. I guess they don't care about paying customers either. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR WORK PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Price was very competitive, workers were polite and professional. They hauled away old guttering that I had removed after the roof was replaced. Nice addition was the concrete splash blocks for downspouts. Would definitely recommend them.

Advanced Seamless Gutters came out quickly to get an estimate and were no pressure regarding signing a contract. I did have to follow up with them to get scheduled and play some phone tag with John, they were 4 weeks out when we signed the contract. The workers arrived early and got the job done quick. It hasn't rained yet, so can't vouch to the craftsmanship yet. But they appeared like they knew what they were doing.

Quote was reasonable and the salesman, Phil, took my requests into consideration. The wait time was a little long but that was not a real issue. I would have removed Two stars because the install was rescheduled and changed from a Friday to the next Monday. The installers earned one star back because of the professional job they did. I had one leak on the first rain and called the office on Thursday. Friday morning the crew came back and fixed the issue. That puts this back up to a 5 star. My job was not a big job, only gutters on the front of the house, but I was treated like a big job client and in this day and age, that is hardly seen. I would recommend.

Quick update: Owner sent response to this complaint, with an email attached, email does not work..... just completely AMAZED!!!

Scheduled my "appointment" 2 months out between 12-4pm (I work midnights) so the scheduled time and day were VERY important. The workers arrived around 8:30am and began the very loud installation process! I was NOT, repeat NOT happy at all. When I asked the workers, they said there was no scheduled time for appointment, I told them they were not supposed to start work until AFTER 12pm. Worker stated they would leave and come back, if that's what I wanted. I replied "what's the point, I'm awake now." Called ASG, checked to make sure of appointment time slot (which they verified as 12-4). Told them I was not pleased by the lack of communication between office and workers, and NOT PLEASED AT ALL about being woken by the workers. They apologized and would let the manager know about my dissatisfaction.
I received no call from a manager, but I did receive my invoice for the final payment the following day via email. Which I called to make known my dissatisfaction with the previous days encounters. Again got an apology and stated would pass on my complaint to management.
Went ahead and paid the full remaining balance for the services, while on the phone, and was informed, I would receive a copy of final document via email.
Imagine my surprise when I received said invoice with a 3% convenience fee for processing!!!!! I mean REALLY !!!! Was not informed there was a convenience fee!!! They should have called it an inconvenience fee !!!!!! Although my gutters look nice, I will NOT recommend this company to ANY of my friends and neighbors.

Very prompt and responsive to request for service. Did our install in Port Charlotte while we were in NJ. Reliable and the work they did was excellent. pleased that they left the yard spotless and all debris was removed by them. New gutter look and work great.

Phil came out in a timely manner and gave us a detailed estimate to have gutters placed around the house. The staff that had come out to place the gutters were friendly, professional and made sure we were happy with the work provided at the end. The gutters look great and so far work well. We are given a year warranty if leaks or any other issues occur.

Guys were great. Made the repairs fast and I asked them to be careful getting on the roof because I have a new tile roof and I know how easy they are to crack and they made all the repairs from ladders and never got on the roof. They also noticed a leak in another one of my existing gutters and made that repair while here. Great Guys

As of today they have cashed our check for the deposit on 2/27/23. We have called and left several messages about when we will be scheduled. No return phone calls. The one time we actually got a human on the phone she hung up on us when we told her that calling to schedule a client 6-8 weeks after cashing the check is unacceptable. We asked for a manager to call us back and no return call. Tried to call again today and goes to voicemail. Very bad customer service. Zero communication since the deposit was paid.

Update: Spoke to the office today. They are emailing scheduling to see if we are on the schedule yet. Said takes 4-6 weeks for scheduling after the deposit is paid. We will give them two more weeks to see if we get scheduled.

Overall they did a fantastic job except no 3 feet extension at the elbow From the wall was installed. I was told that it would cost extra to have this installed which I was Not informed about it at the beginning. Not a big deal because I was able to get it from Lowe’s for $9 per extension. Overall I would strongly recommend. Just make sure To discuss about the pricing for whatever you want to install Extra at the beginning.

Prompt response and quick inspection meant I couldn't utilize this companies services but was provided with solid advice for my needed solution.

Every time it rained I had a water fall in front of my windows. I called Advanced Seamless Gutters they did the best job taking off the old gutters and installing the new ones, they are beautiful. They cleaned up the whole area and took everything away, they were efficient and respectful. I had a small problem a year later they were quick to come out, Adam fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they do great work. Patty

Advanced Seamless Gutters just completed a gutter install on my home, and I could not be happier. Scheduling a free estimate was easy, and they were flexible with hours to meet with me. Their professional representative explained everything to me, and made recommendations about how to best mitigate water flow from the roof. Installation followed quickly after the estimate, and the team did a tremendous job with all of the gutters, water deflectors, and downspouts. I highly recommend this company.

I would rate them higher, however my one issue was a lack of communication. They get a small pass due to COVID restrictions, however the time gap (5 weeks) between contract and install was significant enough we felt it warranted more consistent communication. We received 3 email, 1 deposit cashed, 2) paid in full at completion & 3) please rate us. We actually had to call them to find out the plan. They could have been more on point with this new normal. (My comparison comes from other contract work of similar nature I had done during the same period.) That being said, prices were fair, they were professional, they showed up when finally scheduled, on time, and did a good job on the install. I would recommend them and hopefully this is a minor fix they can rectify before your experience.

This company is fantastic. Jason and his team are Very professional, we refer them to all of our clients. I own a plumbing company and we get customers that call us asking if we do gutters. We only refer company’s we can trust with our customers.

Great company to work with. Came out and gave us a quote and had the work done shortly thereafter. Seamless gutters look great! Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
