The crew that did the work was great. Scott in sales has always been very good to work with but installing crew is most important and they were professional and answered all our questions. Only thing I would mention is time it took from Scott giving us price on (August 10) till work done end of October long time and no call about when job would be installed. We had to call and would be better if you had update. Job was completed by installation crew in GREAT manner.

The salesman John he was a wonderful person. He told me he’s gonna be there on Monday at 11 o’clock and He was there The price was very reasonable. The quality of Chapel is great. I recommended to everybody you’re not going to be disappointed.

Pricing is out of control. Used this company for years and recommended them to numerous people. Just got a quote for a project to finish off the side of my house with a gutter. Pricing has more than doubled since 2022. I understand tariffs and all that but come on. 750.00 for 44 feet to existing work is insane. Shop around this company is out of control with the pricing.

The end caps and joints look very poor quality, it’s not a smooth join anmd just look crappy and the gutters look like they extend too far past the end of the house instead of finishing flush like every other gutters I see on the homes in my neighborhood. The shield he put in the front looks crappy as well you can see all the cut lines and jagged edges. I went through Lowe’s hoping for a quality craftsmanship job. Not really happy. The guy who did it was very nice and polite, I just don’t think he’s been doing this for very long.
