We went to a home show this past weekend and spoke with Adam, who scheduled our gutter inspection and estimate consultation. As you can see, our appointment was for today at 9 AM and no one showed up or even called me. I reached out to the company at 9:15 and told them to cancel because they no-showed us. We changed our entire schedule and morning just for this appointment, too. Sean, the customer service representative, told me that I could call them back to reschedule if I change my mind. How incredibly infuriating! I provided feedback that their no-show was incredibly inconvenient for us and very frustrating given that I have a one year-old and we changed his routine so that I could make this appointment. All he said was “sorry they didn’t show up”-no offer to call the person who was suppose to come out, no explanation as to what happened. Very unprofessional. Based off of my first impression, I definitely would never go to them.

The representative, Patricia Mar, who came to our home, was pleasant, professional, thorough, and detailed in her explanation of the issues with our existing system, the differences between several products, and why Leafguard is truly the "solution." Everyone I've dealt with at the company has been thoughtful and responsive. While I'm still getting quotes for our project, I cannot rate this company or their product highly enough.

Today, I met with Mr. Tood from Leaf Guard.
He is very knowledgeable about all types of gutter systems. Mr. Todd's presentation included comparisons of other gutter systems and the Leaf Guard system.

By the time. Mr. Todd completed the presentation, I was sure a Leaf Guard system would be the best gutter for my home.

Todd was personable, thorough, and his presentation so interesting, that I plan to walk through my neighborhood tomorrow to assess the gutter systems of my neighbors.

Mr. Todd is an excellent representative for his company, Leaf Guard.

Todd was awesome. He throughly went over everything we needed and pointed out some areas that we were unaware of. He did a Great Job. I am really impressed with this company. They have a very good and dependable product.

Patricia was great from the start she educated me throughout the process of why it's important to choose the best gutter system for your home. She worked really hard to get me a great deal that was in my range and still of value. I advise not to use Leaf Filter because they are selling faulty product and Leaf Guard is redoing the cheap work that they placed on my home. Patricia made sure to show me the value of the leaf guard system ultimately making me happy with my choice to go with their company.

Todd the salesman went beyond his presentation and working with us. He pointed out details outside our house so important to the longevity of our house. Colors that would better bring out color to our home. The product I love a very good quality. I was very pleased how he and his boss worked out what price was comfortable with us. Right from the start, Patricia was early for the appointment, which was a plus to begin our meeting. Patricia's LeafGuard presentation was a bit lengthy, but very informative. My wife and I learned quite a bit about the differences in gutters and their functions. We were most impressed with how they looked after installation. The LeafGuard crew was here about 2 hours and there couldn't have been more polite. Extremely happy with final results.

Less than a week from estimate to completed installation. Had to haggle on the price, but definitely know this is the best gutter technology out there to keep pine needles out of your gutters. Love that we had color choices to blend/hide the downspouts.

Bill is an excellent representative....courteous, kind, extremely knowledgeable about the product and willing to work with me on price and financing. He answered all my questions and even made friends with my dog, which is not easy. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and look forward to my new leafguards! Thank you, Bill!

I decided to get Leaf Guard after being frustrated with the drawbacks of my current system. I really like how Richard listened when I told him my preferences for decision making related to the project. I will create another review once the Leaf Guards are installed and we’ve seen them in action. I’m excited to resolve all our issues with rain flow & pine needles!
Update: So far I am happy with our gutters. It’s been raining heavily and they are keeping up. I’m eager to see how they perform over time after annual heavy pine needle droppage.

I had a great experience with LeafGuard. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Was interested in putting gutters on our house and called LeafGuard for estimate. A sales person, Patricia Mar came to our house.. After she does what she does, she’s sat at our kitchen table.
She showed us four or five different gutter and then showed us LeafGuard.
We came to an agreement with Pat, our sales person. Little did we know, she wanted to start the next day.
Showed up with 4 trucks and eight guys. Started at 9:00 am and were done by 2:00 pm.
We’ve dealt with alot of companies in our lifetime from start to finish they were the most professional company that we have dealt with.
I recommend them highly and look how nice they looked after being installed.

Richard was great at explaining everything to us! No pressure, and very customizable options. My gutters look so nice! How well they do will have to be seen in the rainy season, but I have high hopes! Installers came and did their work swiftly and left the area clean.

From the first call to the final installation, Leafguard was great to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward, like they were never here.
