Sent request for quote late one night. Was promptly called the next morning and set an appointment for 11am the next day. All cool. Then the same guy calls me back an hour later forgetting that he had already set an time with me. Ok, disorganized, but still scheduled. The guy calls me at 9am day of appt. saying he's 20 minutes away for an 11am appt. I tell him to forget about it since he clearly can't respect my time and he sends me a text thanking me...like I did him a favor by cancelling. I suppose it's best to see this now rather than in the middle of a job. Good luck...I'll pass.

Installers were very professional and worked together very well. Left the work area very clean. After the work was completed and before the installers left, both my wife and I inspected the job and were very pleased with the work.

Installed gutters in one day and did a good job. First rain I noticed a problem with a couple of the downspouts. Sent them videos and text. They came out next morning and corrected both.

Called ZZ Gutter to repair a damaged section of my gutter. I was asked to text them photos of the damage so they could give me an estimate for the repair. I was left on "Read." The company never got back to me which shows how unprofessional this company is. At least have the decency to respond.

This company is terrible. Felix came out to give us a quote and said he would call these other people to install a pipe into the drainage system behind our home, then come out and install the gutters. The people that he called showed up and did their part and then Felix never returned our calls or instant messages, nor did he show up to install the gutters. This was over 2 weeks ago and we still do not have gutters.

I am very happy with the job done. For about 6 months, it was leaKing, water was going inside the house úntil I called ZZ Gutter and they resolved the problem. The outcome was excellent if I could give more stars on this Review I would give them all. I would definitely recommend this company.

My house didn't have any gutters installed on the side and backyard, so I called ZZGutters to get an estimate. They provided me a quote and were able to get my gutters and gutter guards installed one week later in under 3 hours. Very professional service. Will answer any questions you have.

My gutters were not in the best shape. Rain water would not drain properly. Felix did the cleaning and re-sloping the gutters, and installed a downspout and screens on top of the gutters. He definitely knew what he was doing. His workmanship is of high quality.

His fees were reasonable too.

Fantastic Company. Top Quality work at extremely reasonable Price. Felix is highly professional and dependable. I used ZZ Gutter for my House as well as my sister house. The quality of work was 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. At my house there was a flow problem with one of the downspout. I reported that to felix after about two months after installation. Felix immediately responded and replaced the downspout by relocating and adding extension without any cost to me. He did that while I was not even in town. His crew took care of the issue while I was not even there. This shows how dependable and professional ZZ gutter is. I would HIGHLY recommend ZZ Gutter as probably the best Gutter Company in Houston. ZZ gutter does it all. I had a busted gutter thirty feet in length and heavily damaged walls on the interior. Felix was attentive to what I wanted and made suggestions to correct. They paint matched the gutter and fixed the interior walls plus all the trim and molding. I was impressed with the attention to detail his crew had and the overall value they quoted me at. I will be using these guys in the future for sure.

Was the only company that got back to me with a quote. Gutters look good, everything was clean when they were done. Update 10-7-23, used this company at my old house for gutters over 3 and a half years ago and decided to use them again for the new one, went with the black 6 inch gutters and they look great and again, everything was clean when they were done.

I had a wonderful experience. Felix and his crew came and installed gutters on my house and detached garage and did a great job. They were on time and the price was reasonable. They did it all in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

I will never call this company again, estimator (Felix) gave customer estimate instead of the company that called him. Should really find people who know what they’re doing

Furthermore, on short notice, Felix came out personally and helped us with a bind we had with our drainage system. He showed up within 2 hours of my call and saved the day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A+ service.

After meeting with several gutter companies, I decided to go with Felix because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had reasonable prices. He was also very good at getting back to me quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. Felix answered all of my questions via text before I even hired him which was a good sign.

Felix installed a couple of new gutters for us as well as rain chains and gutter screens, and sealed a few leaking gutters. He also cleaned out the gutters where they did the work which was appreciated.

We didn't want to have downspouts installed in the front of our historic house and are so glad we went with the rain chains instead. We weren't sure how they would look or work but they look so charming and work just as well as a downspout would have. They didn't even blow away in the heavy wind storm we had recently.

Felix and his co-worker (can't recall his name but he was a great worker who was very professional and courteous) were on time, got the job done quickly, and the best part is all of the work they did held up in the many rain storms we've had since then. If you're looking for someone honest who has experience and won't try to up-sell you on services or products you don't need, then Felix with ZZ Gutter is the one to call.
