Andrew came over to give me an estimate. He was polite and the estimate price was good. People I talked to on the phone were nice. The guys that came over to do the installation of the rain gutters were very nice as well. The job was completed in a neat manner.

Checked this company out and saw some really good reviews, so had them come out to put in a new rain gutter on the back of our house, plus do some repairs on another gutter over our upstairs deck. Rain gutter on the back, no problems…great job. Repairs on the upstairs gutter unfortunately different story. Was told that the sloping needed to be changed so that the sitting water could drain properly, which they accomplished. However, their solution to get the correct sloping created a problem in that there is now a two inch gap where the gutter used to be, and as a result, the water on the roof now just comes straight down on the deck and totally misses the gutter. Gary, was nice enough to give me a call, but as opposed to coming up with a solution to remedy the problem, he continually danced around and told me it was the original installation that was done incorrectly.
I normally don’t give reviews one way or the other, but after the “dancing with the stars” denial, I felt that this needs to be shared.

It’s the day before Thanksgiving, so felt it was an appropriate time to give thanks to Chris and L.I. Metal systems for remedying a problem that transpired after they did some gutter work at our home. Have to say that the problem appears to have been satisfactorily taken care of, and for that we are most appreciative. So, I feel comfortable in giving this company a five star rating, as they have shown that they stand behind their work, and want to make sure their customers are both happy and satisfied with their workmanship.

I'm glad I choose L.I. Metal Systems for my gutter replacement. Work was done as promised and looks great. Lifetime warranty on parts and labor was a big factor along with years off experience. Glad I made decision to go with L.I. Metal Systems.

I had spent a lot of time looking for a local company to install gutters. At the time, I only had 1 recommendation, but they never returned my call. I had no recommendations from social media. I stumbled across this company and called for a quote. The estimator came out, took his time going over where I wanted gutters, and the resolution of a "problem" area. Due to the knowledge of the Estimator vs. other companies and pricing I went with L.I. Metal System. Installers did a great job, very nice and professional as well. The "problem" area was perfectly resolved (compared to others who wanted to charge $$$ for it). Many compliments of how clean it all looks. I'm very happy so far. One day of light rain..so far so good.

The Installers arrived promptly and were prepared for install my gutters. They had the right color (white) on their truck. They were professional and prepared to install them as the schematic directed them to. We made 2 small changes at the time of their arrival and they had no difficulty in completing the job with the small changes. They also took the old gutters that we had previously removed and disposed of them. Both installers were fast and extremely neat. There was no cleanup needed. I reccommend this company whole heartedly. From the initial consultation (they were also the lowest price) to the finished installation, they were excellent and professional.

Outstanding Service, Competitive Pricing

I had L.I. Metal install new rain gutters last week, and they did a fantastic job! Their prices were really competitive compared to other companies. I was getting a few quotes, and when I told them that, the sales rep (who was super friendly and helpful) told me to call back after I got the other quotes so they could try to match or beat them. I really appreciated that because it felt like they cared about earning my business.

The installation went really smoothly too. They showed up at 8:30 AM and were done by 10 AM—super fast and professional. The gutters match the color of my house perfectly.

I also ordered gutters with a removable mesh filter to keep leaves and debris out, and so far, it’s working great! I think it will save me a lot of trouble with clogs down the road.

All in all, I’m really happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them if you need rain gutters. Great service, fair prices, and a friendly team!
