LI Metal Systems recently installed new rain gutters at my house, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out! From my first meeting with their salesman, Marcus, to the final install, the whole process was smooth and professional. What really stood out was how easygoing Marcus was—no pushy sales tactics or pressure. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business and wanted me to make the right choice for my home. They helped me pick the perfect color and style to match my home, and the gutters look awesome and work great, especially after the recent rain. I highly recommend LI Metal Systems!

I have rain gutters that were regularly getting filled up with leaves and was concerned about future drainage issues and damage to my roof/fascia board. I contacted L.I. Metal Systems & Rain Gutters to have someone come out to help determine how I could fix the problem. Chris was great! He did an amazing job identifying the problem areas, recommended a gutter protection/cover system, and identified additional ways to improve the efficiency of my gutters. Chris was extremely professional and personable and provided a quote to do the job rather quickly. A week or two later both William and Kevin came out to complete the job. They were incredibly efficient and did an excellent job cleaning out the rain gutters and installing the gutter protection/cover system. They even went out of their way to ensure I was happy with everything before they left. Thank you also to Natalie who communicated regularly related to scheduling, billing, and ensuring I had everything I needed. She did a fantastic job! Thank you to L.I. Metal Systems & Rain Gutters for being really professional and doing a top-notch job. They are clearly a company with customer satisfaction as a top priority and it really showed!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim, the sales representative. Tim was professional, thorough and knowledgable. He was punctual and gracious with his time in answering all of my questions and concerns.

At the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of talking to Omar, who was their lead installer. Omar walked me through the job and recommended to me where to place the downspouts for optimal drainage. Shout out to Omar for being professional and incredibly friendly.

During a very heavy rain a small portion of my gutters came loose from the rafter. I contacted L.I. Metals and they quickly scheduled a visit to not only reattach the gutter, but to install an even stronger system. The two employees were very friendly, clear about the correctin to be made and ensured that I was happy with the repair. I would strongly recommend L.I. Based upon the initial installation and the repair completed.

Price was outrageous. The salesman tried to pressure us into making a decision TODAY and when we said no they got mad. I would not recommend this company.

So glad I chose leave guard for the service they look great ,solve a lot of problems for me .the people were professional had a quick install and had a small issue after the installation which they were very quick to remedy for me .

Very satisfied with explanations of what the Leafguard system covers. The estimator was very polite.
