The NorCal crew is awesome. This is our 3rd year under their care. We live in the Redwoods and our roof and gutters fill to the brim with leaves and needles. When they are done, it is spotless. The crew is very friendly and polite. We could not be happier.

After contacting multiple businesses during the busy season, many with stellar reviews, Nor-Cal was the one who responded timely (or at all). They came by for an inspection, provided a realistic estimate, and maintained communication. They did a great job clearing our roofs with professionalism, courtesy, and quality. Give them a call first!

We have a complicated roof with many different levels and sections. Moss & staining was rampant especially on the north sides. We called Nor-Cal Maintenance and set-up an onsite meeting with David. He came out on time, and we had a good conversation regarding the work needing to get completed. David listened to my needs and concerns, was truly understanding and projected a confidence in his crew to make the roof new again. After receiving the proposal and agreeing to the cost, a start date was given. The 2 - man crew arrived on time of the date agreed to. Went to work and after the first day, it was obvious that all expectations were exceeded. The crew, Jose' and Marcelino finished the project at the end of the second day. They were professional, courteous and detail oriented. They did an incredible job cleaning the roof, applying the chemicals safely, cleaning the gutters, skylights and solar panels. Most importantly, was how they did an outstanding job of cleaning up around the house of their created debris...spotless!

Dave scheduled me in for an estimate within a few days of me calling. Got the estimate to me same day and performed the work just a few days later. They did exactly what they said they would and left the house and surrounding areas looking better than when they showed up. I highly recommend.

I contacted Dave yesterday for a rain gutter, downspout cleaning job I've been putting off for months because of the weather. It was done first thing in the morning. I've been working with Norcal Maintenance for years to clean my gutters and solar panels. This year I opted to have them install vulcan foundation and attic vents to help fire proof my property. They worked diligently to get the job done right and bonus, they painted all the vents to match the house. I highly recommend Norcal Maintenance!!!

I received rather short notice from my insurance company that I needed to have my cabin's roof cleaned of debris and moss if my policy was to be renewed. I called five companies and three didn't even take the time to respond. Dave of Nor Cal was the only one to get back to me quickly and was willing to work with my deadline. He made schedule adjustments to fit me in. The insurance company also wanted fire mitigation yard work done. I knew that wasn't in the scope of Nor Cal's work but asked Dave if he knew of anyone up to the task. He suggested a couple of capable workers and took the time to meet me at the cabin to discuss the project. He then took time to meet with the workers and outline the job, kept in touch with them over the three days of work, had them take photos of progress made and forwarded them to me. His fee for overseeing this? Zilch...he did it to help me out. When all this was done, I did a walk-thru with Cal Fire who gave a flawless review of both roof and yard work...I can enthusiastically recommend Dave's company. He's professional, efficient, meticulous and great to work with.

Dave was easy to deal with and gave us a fair price. His crew arrived
an hour early and spent nearly two hours cleaning our gutters (two story home)
and ensured there were no clogs or leaks. They cleaned up all the crud
afterwords as well and carted it off as opposed to stashing it in my garbage
can. I would recommend them.

You have to tell most gutter cleaning companies that you have a two-story house that requires a tall ladder and a guy shows up with a 6 foot ladder in his truck and you have to send him away. Don’t make that mistake.

Nor-Cal Maintenance sends out experts and they do the very best work, hands-down.
