We have been using Nor-Cal Maintenance for the ten (10) years and have been very satisfied. they are on time and always do a great job. Rarely, if we have ever had an issue they are very responsive to making sure we are satisfied.
We will continue using Nor-Cal Maintenance for our window cleaning service.

Made our 20 year old roof look brand new. Squared away our gutters and guards, too! Fast and efficient!

These guys did such a great job cleaning and installing leaf guards on all my gutters on my house. I have some rentals that I will also have them do. David the owner is polite conscientious and reliable. My advice would be to call Norcal maintenance to have them not only do gutters. They do windows and power washing which I will have them back after when things get back to normal.

I needed to have someone look at my gutters as they were leaking when it rained and was not draining properly. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance for help. They were very understanding and responded quickly. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and the repairs were done quickly and professionally.

The crew working on my house did an amazing job! They cleaned by gutters, washed my windows, and power washed my home. It looks great! I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule the cleaning.

This house had been neglected when I took over. My job entailed cleaning filthy windows, clearing clogged gutters and downspouts, and installing gutter guards. I shopped around and - given the scope of the work - even other companies referred me to NorCal. Dave, the owner, was responsive and pleasant. The lead man, Jesus, was good-natured and professional.

Dave and NorCal Maintenance were great. Cleaned our gutters perfectly, were efficient with their time, and left our property cleaner than they found it. 4 stars not 5 because they had to reschedule multiple times.

I deeply recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance. They did a great job on cleaning our very high gutters that were full of sediments accumulated over the years under the guard.

I just had a great experience with Dave, Nor- Cal Maintenance and his great crew of workers.
Or I should say my house had the great experience of this company installing new gutter covers, cleaning my skylights and rebuilding a new downspout that my roofer just left undone.
They all wore masks and I hardly knew they were on my roof.

They cleaned the gutter and downspouts, removed the old screen systems and installed new attractive gutter screens. Without being asked they blew off my entire roof, my entire back yard and front yard and helped carry boxes up the stairs for my housemate at no additional charge. Very happy with this company, their crew and their service! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Nor-Cal for many years now for rooftop and gutter cleaning and gutter replacements when needed. The crew is courteous and always on time. They inspect and inform me of any problem areas, do a timely and thorough rooftop and gutter cleaning job including flushing the gutter exits as many times as necessary and they clean up impeccably before leaving. I always schedule again for the next year at the end of each service.

Wow, they did an excellent job taking care of our second story gutters- fast, reliable, caring, neat, and easy to communicate with. They are fully licensed, insured, bonded, carry worker's comp. insurance, and are diamond certified with 40 years in business. Working on our second story is dangerous so I wanted a company with those qualities. I woukd definitely recommend them!

We had them remove moss off a section of our roof, clean our gutters, and install gutter guards. They completed in under 2 hours and did a fantastic job. The team was very friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend!

My house’s exterior was sorely in need of some TLC. NorCal did an excellent job, top notch quality throughout. Power washing, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck cleaning… these guys do it all and do it well. Highly recommended!

I hired Nor-Cal Maintenance to do several jobs around my home. Solar panels cleaned, moss removal from roof, gutter cleaning, windows washed inside and out and repair a torn sliding screen door. Dave, the owner was great to work with and Jesus did all the work. He did an excellent job on everything! My windows have never been so clean! I’m very happy to have found Nor-Cal Maintenance! I researched many companies and individuals when I needed to have my rain gutters and downspouts cleaned. I was pleased to learn Nor-Cal Maintenance operates out of Sonoma County and they had earned many excellent reviews. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance based on my research and spoke with Dave, the owner. He scheduled a day and time to meet me at my house and give me an estimate. Dave arrived on time and was very personable and professional . He evaluated the gutters and downspouts and informed me there were 3 seams in the gutters in need of repair. Dave and I also discussed installation of gutter guards.

Dave promptly sent me a quote via email and I accepted. We scheduled the cleaning, repair, and installation of gutter guards.

On the day of the scheduled job, Dave’s team arrived at my home; they introduced themselves and were polite and professional! They did a great job! I appreciated that they cleaned up the debris from the gutters that had fallen on the walkways around the house. I was very impressed his team took before and after photos of the gutters and reviewed them with me. Again, great job guys!

My initial call for an estimate to have my gutters cleaned and gutter covers installed was promptly returned by Dave. He came out, did an inspection and gave me an estimate with two options (repair or replace a section of rusted gutter...they are over 30 years old). On work day, his crew was very courteous and diligent. All in all, a good experience. I won't hesitate to recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance to family and friends! Thank you, Dave, for conducting this quality, family-owned local business in such a professional and friendly manner!
