I own the building adjacent to the Hobart building. There is a high pressure water line that expels water onto my property from the Hobart parking garage whenever it rains. I have brought the attention to local management. They tried to say the the PVC water line is a part of their fire sprinkler system and insist it is not a problem for me. I told them that there was never a time in history that building code allowed for pvc to be used any way in a fire sprinkler system. Even with this indisputable fact, management still insists that it is a fire sprinkler line. Management insists that this is not adding to the flooding behind my building despite me showing them video of it pooling behind my building during a rain storm. I have been in business for 17 years and have had 15 commercial properties. I never have dealt with a neighbor like this before. What a shameful way to run a company.

Ken was great! He assessed the situation and quickly remedied the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and focused on his task.

Junny did an awesome job in servicing our refrigerator. Replacing our burnt out LED lights. It works great, thank you Junny.
Also, when he finished our repair and checked our plan, he gave us advice, about our current plan verses the new plan and what our potential savings could be. He answered our question and concerns and what the plan could cover and not cover. Great advice and something my family will consider when the time comes to renew our protection agreement plan. -
Let me first say, Cornelius, the technician sent, was awesome. He did a thorough job and was clean and courteous. However, he was sent because the first technician was really disrespectful and did not complete the job. He also did not listen when he was told there was a burning smell. Quick to finish the job, get out of there and charge our warranty. It was disappointing because we usually have a good experience with Sears but Cornelius redeemed them. Sears, be sure to acknowledge him! You have a great employee!

Eddie and his partner quickly assembled the control panel and replaced the suspension. Very knowledgeable. Also explained everything very clearly which was a big help for me and especially for my elderly mother. Thank you so much!

It was a very + experience to have Corn repair my washer. I did a load right after his leaving and set the dial to "hot", but the water was tap temperature. l did leave a msg on his phone, just asking a simple ?, but he never ret'd my call. Perhaps he was too busy.
Other than that, Corn was efficient!
June 8, 2024 1-2 pm. Cornelius solved the problem with the washer and explained how to prevent further issues. He was on time and very professional. Thank you, Corn for your good service. -
The technician was great. He knew what he was doing and took care of the problem quickly. He said that the problem looked like it should've been taken care of as a standard maintenance visit. Which I had scheduled a month ago but that technician didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Technician did great work, but price too high

Had several appointments to fix appliances. All techs were helpful in explaining the problems and repair/problems done efficiently. However the appointments made through AI assistance became a frustrating experience especially when only the AI was not able to adequately address a problem and there were no person to speak or address an issue with appointments.

Waited 4 hours but technician never showed up, no way to reach a human via the contact number.

Sears has extremely poor customer service. I have no gripes with the service technician, Ray was wonderful. The problem is when the part is ordered and they say it is mailed to your house. The part fails to arrive before the next scheduled appointment which is 2 weeks later, now you are canceled and rescheduled for another 2 weeks down the line. Again the part doesn't arrive, but I got the tracking number from Ray. I call UPS who says they have already transferred 1 package to USPS and it will be delivered before the scheduled date. Problem is the other package, you need to contact Sears. The parcel is missing. 2 hours later and Sears refuses to find the parcel UPS is talking about. They don't want to hear UPS is saying the parcel is missing. Sears wants to wait. Hell no, I get on that phone and start calling locally to find that part. I find the part, but Sears technician is not allowed to install a part purchased by the home owner. Ray secures all the parts for the repair locally and makes the fix. The missing parcel would have cause another rescheduled appointment. Of course Sears is on it (just me being sarcastic), they call me after the repair appointment to tell me that the repair appointment is scheduled for tomorrow x2. The 1st parcel with parts arrived before the appointment, but was damaged. Lucky for me, Ray was supportive and I knew from experience having waited over 3 months for a water heater repair under warranty. Sears needs to take care of business. Parts need to arrive on time and without damage. Reminder calls need to be made the day before the appointment and not the day after. Ray the technician was wonderful! Sears you suck big time no changes in all these years. That is the main reason for canceling my Home service contract. Not paying for this kind of service.

We are grateful to our technician who followed the part order, knew it had arrived and rescheduled our appointment in order to repair our washer in advance of a trip we were making! Because of the unknown part arrival date & our departure date, we were forced to set the repair appointment up for AFTER the trip! It is hard to prepare for a trip with a broken washer…trips to a laundromat are NOT fun! Much easier now that the washer is working again! Thank you Jonathan 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

No call no show, TOO MUCH TO LIST JUST AN OVERALL NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. Almost impossible to speak to a representative, everything seems to be operated by AI. DONT CALL SEARS, NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT.

Great customer service. Technician was in and out. Highly recommended!!

Refrigerator wasn't cooling. It took over a week to get an initial appointment. No same day as advertised. A part was ordered and received. A new appointment was scheduled. No show, no call. The part is on hand, but no technician and no one at Sears could be reached, just an automated offer to reschedule. This could go on forever. This is totally unacceptable and a disgrace to the name of Sears.

Very disappointing experience with Sears Appliance Repair. Had a washer repair scheduled for a Wednesday, got a confirmation text the day before and called them the day of twice to confirm someone was coming. Nobody ever showed up. Called again multiple times with long wait times just to be told they were certain they re-scheduled service to a Friday. They give you a window of 8 am to 5 pm that the technician can show up so you basically have to block off your entire work day. Now we had to do that twice. Well it is now Friday end of day and nobody called or texted. Wait time to talk to a non-robot is 80+ minutes. Even after confirming with people over 3 times that they were certain the service was happening got no-showed TWICE. This is so unprofessional even for Hawaii. Definitely do not recommend.

Very pleased with the early arrival of the technician. He listened to my concerns about the problems we were having with our Maytag washer. He pinpointed the problem and advised my daughter and I that he had the required parts to repair the problem. We responded PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! Which he did. Thank you Cornelius!!! It's a pleasure having a technician with your skills and personality responding to our repair request. Mahalo.

Had a terrible experience with Sears.
They scheduled an appointment to fix our dryer and not only did they fail to show up, but they also didn't bother to call or reschedule. We've been waiting over a week for this repair, and now we're left without a working dryer with no communication from them. This is incredibly inconvenient.
It's hard to rely on a company that can't follow through with basic appointments. Will be looking elsewhere for service from now on. -
No show or call on appointment repair day which was scheduled 2 weeks from the initial diagnoses day. It had a window from 1p-5p. What a waste of time and poor customer service!!! Called twice and spoke with two different "Sears reps" which was a call center "not in the US" and requested to speak with a supervisor both times. First time I was assured that the "Sears supervisor" would call me in 1-2 hours which never happened so I called back almost 4 hours later and the "Sears rep" wouldn't put a supervisor on which is BS.
The earliest rescheduled appointment when a Sears tech fails to call and show up on the appointment date that Sears made is almost 3 weeks later and when requested an earlier date due to the no show…all I got was “so sorry this is the earliest”.
(UPDATE) Sears texted me after posting these reviews that they had openings a week after they failed to show which I took but that still doesn’t change the one star review
Sears is not what it used to be Ladies & Gents and I just found this out. Sears AI chat froze on me, Sears automated telephone system doesn’t give the caller an option to speak with a rep which is disguised as “other”, and “Sears reps” when reached, provide the same poor customer service as the AI. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
