We had a plumbing leak that we didn't know about because it was a slow one. We found out because we saw visible damage and mold. AirCare instructed us to contact a plumber and helped us through the insurance process. When leak was resolved. They came out and cut out the damage and treated the mold. They also provided sampling to ensure no black mold was in the air and their remediation efforts were successful. Very happy with their services from start to finish! Mahalo again!

Professional from start to finish. From the office to the field! Been using this company for the last 15 years. They have serviced our central air conditioning system in our attic space over 3 times over the course of 15years. Saved us from replacing our ductwork when another company advised us too. Even told us that the up placement was in the wrong area since they don’t install them. They have found leaks in our attic space allowing humidity to come into our system and causing more mold to grow. In 2019 they helped us with a kitchen leak and held our hands through the insurance process and insulation issues. Only company we trust and very honest and down to earth. Very helpful company. I called to inquire about a mold test in my apartment and Lindsay was so quick to be helpful. She offered to look at pictures of the area first which saved me time and money. She was able to give me her honest opinion and what our options were based on the photos I sent. Lindsay came out ASAP and took the time to educate us on mold and treatment for water damage. A detailed report was submitted post inspection and it was helpful in relaying information to our Landlord in a professional manner. Lindsay was awesome she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about mold. Learned a lot because we didn’t know much just that our son and family have been sneezing a lot and mold could be the reason. Lindsay did the test and Turns out we did have many different types of spores and she told us the best way to combat it is doing a deep cleaning, remove all dust, clean carpets and get a good air purifier. All was done and we did buy an air purifier and our family is breathing much better. Thank you! Our little son has asthma and this has helped so much!

Air Care Hawaii has been a godsend for us. I had been calling companies for a week very slow responses, and then I found their company just before I was getting on a flight for work travel — by the time I had landed, they had already reached out to see how they could help. They came out to look over our property and read results from another firm hired by a moving company that damaged our personal property items. Air Care gave professional, honest, clear information and they are extremely knowledgeable on mold and how to handle it. Throughout this process, we have had to deal with a number of people, many of whom are concerned about a bottom line for their company and not our health or wellbeing. Air Care has been very helpful in what has been a very stressful time for us, even telling us how we can best protect our health and exposure in our home and how to safely handle items, while we wait for external organizations to decide how to fix our situation. You can tell that they are genuinely concerned about people, are very knowledgeable, and will give anyone the honest truth regardless of whether it is what that person “wants to hear” or not. I just wanted to give this company a five star review. Last month Lindsay came to my home and did a walk through and pulled some air samples because my daughter and I were having some allergies the last 6 months. She was extremely informative and answered all my questions.

We got the samples back two days later and they were slightly elevated. She showed me ways to reduce common indoor and out door contaminates and what products to use.

Since the air testing and report and recommendations we have been feeling so much better. I had no idea that mold is everywhere and can fly in.

I would recommend this company because they actually care about what we are going through. Even though they tell us to still go and discuss health issues with the doctor they are there to see what indoor pollution that may cause us to have allergic reactions and show you how to reduce exposure and eliminate it.

First time was a year ago when we needed our air ducts cleaned. Techs are professional and on time. They shared pics with me and explained the process. Since then our allergies have improved significantly.

They put together a reasonable quote but they best part is the care. I had two other companies come and give prices but since I've worked with Jason and Lindsay I felt I was in good hands. I contacted Lindsay from AirCare Hawaii to help service my parents central air conditioning because there was visible mold and a strong musty odor. Her team came on time and were very professional. My family has been experiencing allergies and the home we were renting had a past water intrusion. The landlords didn’t properly remediate it and was making us sick. We had mold testing done which showed that there was a mold problem from water damage. AirCare Hawaii was able to get our landlords to do recommended work which was reasonable. They did follow up testing after the mold was removed and we were cleared to use our contractor of choice and close up the wall. Will def use them again and recommended this company!
