I've tried the rest, and Mokupuni is the best. Living in an east Oahu neigborhood with the 2nd highest concentrations of pools in Oahu, every day is a challenge.
Birds, plants, rain, and even frogs can cause an imbalance in pool chemistry. Four other pool servicers could not handle a recurring black algae problem. Mokupuni took the time and kept my pool clean and balanced.
Mokupuni is hands down the best full service pool company on the island, and I would even recommend them to the "Malibu" neighborhood on Oahu, aka Diamond Head.

Amazing professional service! I am consistently impressed with Mokupuni. This is my first pool ever, so I'm not knowledgeable at all about maintenance and care but Mkupuni makes it so easy. My chemicals are always balanced and clean. If you're looking for true professionals, go with Mokupuni Pool Service!

Jared and his son Chase provide a great service. Alway on time, proactive and professional doing weekly maintenance for our backyard swimming pool. The service fee is very reasonable compared to others. A photo report after every service certainly helps. It has been years since we have had their services and highly recommend.

Jared, Kaine, and their team are awesome. They are friendly, extremely reliable, and will always go the extra mile to take care of our backyard hot tub and equipment. They also send text messages and pictures every single time they stop by! I really appreciate how they also came out on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve because their usual day to come would have fallen on the actual holidays. Rates are very reasonable, as well. Highly recommended!

Mokupuni Pool Service and Repair friendly staff is polite, proactive, communicative and they do a great job every time. When they are done, the pool is clean, and the water chemistry is on point. Aloha, Mokupini Pool Service & Repair exceeded our expectations and continue to give us great service. Jared came to our property within 2-3 hrs of frantic call regarding pool leak and other pool problems. Mokupuni team fixed our problem quickly without the huge cost of selling us something we didn't need. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy! We also had broken glass accident which he had to drain our pool, remove all the broken glass, and balance chemicals. This went smooth, and he walked us through each step. Our pool was back in service in few days. His concern was for our residents who use the pool. He also repaired small things that went unnoticed by us. Jared checks up on our pool and property making sure we are compliant and that the pool is safe for our kupuna and keiki. He has an eye for detail and loves what he does. I can call him 24/7 for any pool issue. We are grateful for their excellent service and have contracted with Mokupuni to service our property pool on a weekly basis. Mokupuni Pool Service & Repair is my go-to for my weekly pool cleaning and maintenance, and if any issues come up. The guys keep a consistent schedule and always do a wonderful job keeping our pool clean and refreshing. They are responsive communicators and always polite and friendly. Each week they take and send pictures of the work they just completed. Highly recommend!

Jared from Mokupuni Pool Service has been servicing our pool now for over 2yrs.
I have been extremely happy with their service. We have gone thru many pool companies that have either not showed up or did an unsatisfactory job.
I am always kept up to date if there are any schedule changes that need to be made, not to mention in addition to great service, they send pics of the completed cleaned pool weekly.
There are cheaper pool services out there but the peace of mind that I get with Mokupuni is well worth not having to worry whether or not my pool is truly getting cleaned n chemically balanced on a weekly basis.
Another great value is that they always have our best interest in mind with the most cost effective solutions.

Have gone over and beyond keeping our pool clean and balanced. Helping us shock it with diaper blow outs on weekend emergencies, finding spare parts to fix my pool pump cover, pool vacuum and chip repair for the plaster. Always a pleasure!

Mokupuni Pool Service & Repair has been servicing our pool for over 2 years now. Our pool is a large capacity 55,000 gal. pool with heavy use daily. They have saved our budget when it comes to chemical balancing and adding their knowledge to chemistry perfection . They keep our pool sparkling clean and chemicals dialed in perfectly. They are always one step ahead and giving us a heads up for future repairs needed. Their service led by Jared has been exceptional in every way, from ordering and locating hard to find parts, emergency calls, showing up for service with a great attitude and a can do spirit, easy to get ahold of and work with.
