I've used Ohana Chem-Dry in Feb 2023 and again in June 2025. Each time the service was impeccable. Each time, from start to finish, my experience was smooth, easy and hassle-free. The whole reason I kept their number for future use. My first experience was so good, I knew I want to use them again and recommend them to family and friends. The team reached out to me immediately upon initiating the order via website (by telephone number in 2023). What I love most is that they are very communicative, responsive, friendly, professional and devoted to making the customer's experience the best possible. I got the text & email to confirm they have my order and another to tell me someone is calling me. Then, the chem-dry technician (Nick) who will be doing the job contacted me to confirm the appt date. I love that they require only a small deposit fee to secure the order, and of which will be applied towards the total costs. The initial deposit payment over the phone was easy. Nick texted me to let me know he was 10 minutes away. It's important to know that chem-dry uses minimal water and their products and method of cleaning leaves the carpet super clean and with a clean scent. The service time is very good and pretty fast. The overall price is affordable and very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Nick and ChemDry have been cleaning my yacht for years now and they always do excellent work. I’ve needed them in add times and some times emergency situations and they always come through with a smile. I never leave reviews but these guys really deserve one. Best in the Island hands down!

I love Ohana Chem Dry. I have been using them for several years. Frank, the owner, is personable. He is like a family and contributes to the community. I have seen his children helped here and there when they were younger, and they now do most of the actual work. They learned from the pro (Frank) and are respectful young people. Quite easy to deal with this company.

Definitely brought our couch back to life😍 looks like a whole new couch! Chris really took his time & worked very hard. There was no strong smelling chemicals, left our couch smelling like a fresh orange 🍊 definitely worth every penny!!

We were renting a condo and our dog had thrown up all over the bedroom carpet a few months ago. We tried to clean it ourselves but the stains were so stubborn.

Chris from Ohana Chem-Dry was very friendly and professional, and most importantly got all the stains out in less than an hour! I couldn't believe it when I saw the carpet after he finished. We thought we'd lose our security deposit or have to replace all the carpet, but Chris saved the day!

This was my second time having the carpet cleaned by Ohana Chem Dry and they did a phenomenal job. The carpet is around 9 years old and they cleaned it so that it looked brand new, didn’t have any strong cleaning smell, and only took a few hours to dry completely. I’ll be using them again for the next cleaning.
