Kendrick/Nifty Lawns does excellent work! He maintains our lawn and shrubbery, which is highly visible from the street. After the service, he leaves the area clean and tidy. We live in a community with a strict HOA and can count on Kendrick to make sure our yard meets their policy. We highly recommend this business!

Truly the best lawn care service you can get! K.P., the owner of Niftylawns really cares about his customers, is very responsive (call, email and text!) and is very reasonably priced. K.P. has been providing our monthly lawn care service for over a year now and we absolutely love it! At first we were hesitant to spend money on yard care, and thought we could do it ourselves, but time and time again, we would neglect our yard to the point where we received a notice from our association. That was when we decided we needed to let a professional handle it, am I’m so glad we found K.P.! He even has a website with pictures of the lawns he cares for, and accepts Venmo!

What is important and differentiates himself from my previous lawn care services is that he timely communicates, is responsive and delivers what he said he will do! I found him via Yelp and he contacted me the next day. We walked through the yard and he gave me a fair estimate! Hired him on the spot! I was unable to do my lawn for a month due to my work schedule. So naturally my lawn looked like a jungle. I called KP at Nifty Lawns and was able to secure an appointment promptly at a very great price. I Came home to a beautiful perfectly mowed front and backyard which was also raked clean of all the grass cuttings! I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of his service. I definitely plan to use him again.
