Nifty Lawns provided exceptional service, giving me peace of mind when needed. I recently relocated to my childhood home to become a full-time caregiver for my father. As a caregiver, I discovered a leaking sprinkler head that had been leaking for over two months.

I found Nifty Lawns, conveniently located in nearby Ewa Beach, after initial disappointment with high prices and poor customer service from other companies.

I visited their website and emailed them about their sprinkler system repair services. They promptly responded and informed me that someone would contact me soon.

The following day, I contacted them via phone, preferring texting due to my busy schedule. Ms. Padilla from Nifty Lawns replied promptly.

We communicated briefly, and she provided me with a reasonable quote for the repair. I decided to proceed and requested an appointment promptly. Nifty Lawns accommodated my request and scheduled a day and time that was convenient for me, reducing my anxiety and stress.

Upon the crew’s arrival, Ken, the owner, promptly notified me and coordinated parking arrangements with his team. Since our association prohibits parking on my side of the street, Ken assured me they’d disconnect the trailer and park it appropriately. Isaac, the foreman, and his assistant arrived punctually, introduced themselves, and facilitated easy communication. They parked nearby and started work immediately. Twenty minutes later, Isaac informed me the leak wasn’t plumbing but an incorrect sprinkler head. He explained the intended head had a feature that prevents water flow during shutdown. He also said the crew had arrived prepared with the replacement part, and the changeover would take only a few minutes.

Relieved, I approved the repairs. The crew swiftly executed the changeout, replaced the unearthed grass and dirt, cleaned up, and packed up before leaving.

Isaac informed me Ken would contact me about payment. I received a text message from Ken offering various options. The total cost was significantly lower than my anticipated figure and well below my budget.

I opted to pay via check, as this aligns with my dad’s business practices. Ken offered to present the check to Isaac or mail it to the crew. Before I could respond, Isaac and his assistant had already left.

Reviewing the online invoice, I discovered the company also accepts Apple Pay, major credit cards, and debit cards.

Ken and his team were able to fit me into their schedule within a 2 hours notice. Very professional and responds quickly to their website to book an appointment. The before and after photos speak for itself. Will be doing business again, and would recommend to anyone looking to have their lawn maintenance completed.

We had a great experience with Brian and his team at Island Ohana Tree and Landscaping. He gave us an estimate on a large job trimming and removing several trees. We requested, and received, a preliminary estimate for the work to be performed. It was provided in a timely and accurate manner. The crew that arrived on the appointed day was very prompt, professional, and thorough. Completed the work in a single day. They provided a chipper and big truck to remove the residue, Leaving the yard well cleaned. Overall, we would recommend this organization highly.

I most highly recommend Island Ohana Tree and Landscaping due to their prompt and professional customer service. Brian and his team member did an excellent job cutting down a very tall Italian cypress tree and trimming five other cypress trees in my yard. The cost was very reasonable for the service. I will not hesitate to call Brian again the next time I need tree and landscaping service at my residence.

Very personable, respectful manner and professional. Loved that they clean up after chipping. They left some leaves in my bins where I would have to empty myself but that was minor. Overall, Cost was on the high end in comparison with my other quotes but I don’t mind paying it as long as they’re respectful of my property and they definitely were. I’m a satisfied customer and I would hire them again.

After recently arriving on island and closing on our new home a month ago we needed to have some landscaping work done. After speaking with Brian at Island Ohana and having him stop by the house for a meet n greet, he provided sage advice and appropriate options. On the day of the service he and his team were prompt and ready to go. They really did a great job and would recommend Island Ohana without reservation!!

I needed to get a handle on my giant mango tree in the back of my house and Island Ohana came out quick to do an estimate which was reasonable for the amount of work. They were fast and efficient even in the clean up. They did a fantastic job overall is recommend them to anyone for sure.

Brian and his team did an awesome job! They cut down and removed 4 trees (2 jabong, 1 avocado, and a very annoying “rubbish” tree!) growing in our yard. They worked quickly and efficiently. Every man knew his job. It was impressive to watch! I would definitely recommend Brian!

Friendly, courteous, fast, and efficient. We called over the weekend to get a quote and got a response within 24 hrs for removal of a large African Tulip tree. Scheduling was hassle free, they provided me with their availability and showed up right on time just as agreed upon. Tree was down, root ground down and remnants removed in under an hour. These guys are not only professional but super friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for tree removal services. Great experience from a great company.

Brian was very responsive and quick with his communication for our tree trimming. He came out same day I called to give a quote. We were able to get scheduled within a week of that. Brian even came after his guys were done the next day to touch up any imperfections. Highly recommend Brian and his team!

We were completely satisfied with the work of Island Ohana Tree service. Brian and his crew did an outstanding job. Although we initially couldn't get a price we had hoped for, Brian was honest in stating that his company couldn't do the job for the price we initially were looking for. However they worked with us on a price we could both agree on, and it was still essentially as good as the lowest bid from any other company. Absolutely great job at a great price. I recommend them highly. They cut down a massive 60Ft Royal Palm easily!

Brian responded promptly to our email. He came over the same day to give an estimate. We had two other estimates, but Island Ohana was the most reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week, and the job was done very professionally. Definitely will use them again next year to trim our large foxtail palms.

We hired Island Ohana to trim a large mango tree, and remove a couple of palms w/ stump grinding in our backyard. They were professional, efficient, and the arborist on site was very helpful in recommending solutions to get rid of the rhino beetle infestation in the remaining coconut trees. We will call them for all our tree work needed in the future.

Brian responded right away and he and his crew were able to come the following day to provide me with a time and cost quote. They provided a great value and were very affordable to cut 2 mango trees, an African Tulip tree, and a Noni tree and trimmed them so they’ll be able to blossom next season.
