Contractor reviews in Honolulu, Hawaii

On Nov. 26, HTM cut my avocado tree. They did a great job in cutting the tree and clean up. They also asked how exactly I wanted it cut to make sure that we were on the same page.

Jeff was great in communication and the delivery and pick-up of the roll-off was on time. At first I was hesistant with the pricing, but I then realized that the size of the container, ease of communication, and overall convenience was well worth it. Within a few days' notice the arrangements could be made for delivery, and pick-up was no hassle and fast! Very professional! Also, I didn't know they did landscaping!

Wonderful company. Easy to work with, communicated well and did everything they promised. Price is right at well.

My business has worked with HTM Contractors on previous junk hauls. Kai has always remained personable and professional. He's always available if I needed any questions answered or concerns addressed.

His crew worked 5 hours to haul many items from 8 rooms of varying sizes and junk capacities. They hauled everything in an orderly and neat fashion. They did not damage my property nor left it in a mess when the work was completed.

I've worked with three junk haulers and HTM has been the most afforable.

I ordered a dump bin for a certain date. I had to last minute cancel the delivery for an unknown date but as soon as i caught wind the day before i needed a bin, HTM came through and brought the bin. I know it took coordination on their end and i appreciate them. Can't beat the prices either.

We can not recommend HTM enough! They were prompt, courteous and very professional.
Despite the pandemic, our church campus needed to cut our trees. We reached out and Maurice helped us schedule a date that worked best for us. The workers (lead foreman- Siaosi) came on time with Face Masks and walked us through their process of cutting and cleaning the trees. By the end of the day, we were stunned at how amazing our campus looked.
For professional trim trimming and various needs, don’t hesitate to contact HTM!

HTM went above and beyond in helping our ohana prepare our mothers property to sell. The team lead by Christian, showed respect and compassion for my mother who is dealing with cognitive decline and at times had a difficult time letting things go. This local crew was respectful and worked fast. Great communication as well!! Mahalo, for helping us get our home market ready! Highly recommend 🤙🏼

HTM is Awesome! They are always willing and able to assist us with our company's needs. This helps ensure our projects are done timely and efficient. Suzanne, Maurice and crew are the BEST! They provide outstanding customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It’s so hard to find good companies in Hawaii. They cleared a lot for us from the trees/trimmed trees and were extra careful not to damage anything. They were professional, on time, sent appointment remainders, easy to talk to, equipment they use is top notch, their service was worth every penny. I couldn’t be any happier with their service. This company is full of aloha. From now on this is my go to company. The price, I think was fair for Hawaii pricing standards and they go an extra mile to make the customer happy. I really appreciate all your hard work. If you need professionals, call them! You won’t regret it! Aloha 🤙🏻
P.S. they don’t mind coming out to Makaha!

Highly,..highly,..highly recommend H.T.M Contractors Inc. Awesome customer service and the cost was perfect.

HTM is great from their top to bottom. They have expert technicians who are very helpful in providing advice on tree service. Also their team of workers that service our property go out of their way to make sure they are respectful while onsite. I was really impressed with the quality of their performance.

H.T.M. Contractors Inc. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done in a way for one clear space that has built of from years of illegal dumping. The dumpsters were quick to arrive and even quicker to be taken for removal. The drivers were nice and made container fit in a place that was not thought possible and by placing it the way they did it made my job much more easier. The staff was super nice and worked with me in getting permits and the proper equipment that would allow a safe environment. They were always there when I called and even though I was with little contact by deadline of contract they did not rush to close contract how other companies do. Thank you H.T.M Contractors for all treatment causin to feel like a positive family instead of a negative cold relationship that is just a motion in the business environment.

I rented a 30 yard rolloff from them and the experience was fast and easy. I got my quote and filled out the paperwork and was immediately able to schedule a delivery for the bin. They delivered it quickly and with no hassle. We finished with it early and although you get it for 10 days I was able to schedule and early pick up for it as well since the Thanksgiving holiday complicated things. Costumer service was great and I would highly recommend HTM.

I needed to use HTM for a roll off bin rental on short notice. Every person I spoke to talked to me like they cared, and provided fantastic customer service. They were quick, flexible, helpful, and efficient. Especially Kai. I feel like he went above and beyond to show me how reliable HTM can be, and I trust him to take care of my project’s needs. I will definitely use HTM in the future.

Great communication!! Amazing service!!. Big mahalo to the drivers Hoku and Teddy for being experienced and efficient. I will be working with this company again soon..

Very professional company from office staff to delivery personnel. Great communication with price value as well. Will use them company again when needed.

This company is very affordable. Kai and the HTM team were responsive, fast and did the job efficiently. Great communicators, and kind, too! I would recommend and use their services again. Pleasure to work with. What seemed stressful became effortless. Thank you!

Very courteous and professional. They got the job done in less time than I estimated. The supervisor I was working with his name is Kai. Very professional and made sure I got everything I needed done. I would definitely recommend them for any clean up jobs you have and I would definitely be using them again in the future.

Office staff responded quickly to my request. A crew was out to my location within 24 hours. They worked around my schedule. When the crew arrived, they were professional and courteous. They performed their work expediently but carefully. Very efficient service. I highly recommend HTM Contractors!!

Hazardous job, trimming a very large lychee tree close to electric power lines and main road. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard trimming the tree down. This was a big job and filled up the chip truck 3x. The crew had to return another day to finish up. Both crews were polite and professional. Im sure there are other companies that may have been cheaper but this job was hazardous and this is the third time I have used Htm. I have confidence in Htm they have the experience, sufficient equipment and hard working crew to get a difficult job done safely.
Thank you to the crew-jr- and maurice!

Great experience. Simple and easy. With just one phone call Kim set us up a dumpster! Will definitely use them again. Mahalo!
