We love working with HTM! We have rented roll off rubbish bins for multiple projects over the past few years and love working with HTM because they always communicate promptly and have a good, organized system for making reservations.

We have a very old monkey pod tree that we were afraid might go over in high winds and fall on our house. Their botanist came and inspected it and said the roots were very strong. Then they trimmed and balanced the tree and it looks spectacular!

They sent a copy of their liability insurance in their email confirmation. Outstanding process which included the estimate and scheduling. Fair price. No gouging. Showed up with two big trucks. I highly recommend H.T.M. Contractors. I live above Kalihi Stream, and several of the bamboo and albezia trees on the hillside fell down during the recent heavy rain and wind storms. The H.T.M. team was awesome, very friendly and efficient. They cleared everything out and hauled away in no time. This is actually the 3rd time I've had the company do work similar work for me. You will not regret hiring them!

HTM was incredibly easy and professional to work with. They were efficient and clean. Removed my entire tree and cleaned up the mess in about 3 hours. Pretty impressive! It's their ability to properly communicate that I enjoyed most though. SO MANY contractors have no idea how to communicate properly/professionally. Mahalo guys!

They are the largest electrical contractor in the state of Hawaii for a reason. While they work on the largest projects, private or public sector, in Hawaii, the do a great job on any sized project. From TI work to high rise condos, Wasa's workmanship will impress.

Staff was very helpful in helping fimd what I was looking for. Caahier was terrifically pleasant. Was a great shopping experience.

This is a great low-to-mid-priced place. My family of three at here for just $15! Cheeseburger, fried chicken, and a Spam Musubi (we skipped on the drinks). Their burger was delicious! The soft, fluffy, bun was delicious, chess was nice and melted, and the fried chicken was crisp and crackly yet juicy.

They've also got a ton of timmy looking selections I want to try. I will be visiting this place again.

I visited homedepot to replace windows and doors worth over 20k. Every visit I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me. In fact, i called from inside the home Depot to get a sales person. Sales person said that I must pay for the installer to come over the house to measure. Paid $50 deposit and the installer showed up an hour late. No calls for over 2 weeks. Called home Depot for estimate. Received an estimate with inaccurate window counts. Called home Depot to resubmit. No estimate uptodate. Called Home Depot, sales person said that the installer quit. They have to send another installer to come and measure again. No one ever contacted for one month. Called home Depot again and the person said "sorry" I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
