Excellent friendly customer service. If they don't have it in stock they can order for you. You can even go online and order product for pick up if you have an account and it'll be there waiting for you at will-call.

Sales person had no understanding of sales. She actually thought I was digging for free info concerning the cost of light fixtures. Of course part of sales is understanding the dynamics of the project to be quoted, not "don't ask us then buy from someone else"! What! That's insulting. Good day and good bye.

So, I didn't have the pleasure of working with this company due to their heavy work load, but they were kind enough to refer a few other people they've work with over the years. The lady was funny & very helpful! Loved the services I was provided! You are definitely top of my list of who I want to do business with! Mahalo!

Please be aware that foxbilt is untrustworthy and deceiving. They were hired by another realtor to come check out our panel for an inspection. They arrived early and my wife tried to accommodate the early arrival. Our realtor was on the way and did not want them to proceed until she arrived. When my wife told them that she had to leave for work and that they could not stay in the house unattended they weren't happy my wife apologized for the inconvenience but we've had problems in the past. Not long after she left the electricians called their boss lying about the situation and bolted. When my realtor contacted the office the guys on site completely fabricated stories to justify them walking off and even after they were told by the actual home owner to please stay out they went in our house against our wish and did what they wanted but of course they couldn't even do the job they were hired for. They can't follow simple instructions and when something doesn't go their way they lie and cry about it. Stay far away

Very Bad customer service and don't know how to talk to customers over the phone. Straight up RUDE. Slamming the phone on people is not nice.

Go somewhere else!!! I got a bill that was nearly twice what the high end hourly rate is for Oahu. Don't waste your time and MONEY! I feel sorry for this business that takes advantage of senior citizens.

I called the number listed on the web site for electrical repairs to a house panel. In the end, I suspect my issue was smaller than what the company deals with. Having said that Customer service was the best I’ve experienced in last 10 years. Within minutes I received a call back from a field worker who requested pictures of my panel. Within minutes I received a call back on where I could obtain the parts and the price on the parts.

If I had a larger project this company absolutely would be my first call to hopefully work with!

I was able to get everything I needed to safely install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge a Nissan Leaf. They had a good selection of components including an industrial quality NEMA 14-50 outlet for about $22. The guy who helped me was friendly, and didn't show me any condescension even though I was obviously not a licensed electrician, and didn't know all the precise terminology for what I was looking for. He even gave me some PVC conduit for free because it had been sitting out in the sun and he wasn't totally sure it was in perfect condition anymore. A professional looking, typed out invoice was provided by a nice lady in an air conditioned office. I would definitely go back here for my next project.

I sometimes try do electrical work at home but every time I end up calling All G Electric due to my lack of knowledge. Kelly is so understanding and patient when I explain the situation with her and Brandon the Electrician is not only knowledgeable but very professional and polite
