The technician, Michael, did a very thorough inspection of our 30 y o. refrigerator, which was failing to keep foods from spoiling. He re-set the refrigerator and freezer settings, resulting in an ideal functioning refrigerator! We're grateful to have a new lease on the life of our fridge. We highly recommend this business.

Mike did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing the ice maker on our Whirlpool. Although the ice maker was replaced under warranty about a year ago, it completely stopped making any ice.

Contacted several companies including my old contact and we selected Woo's to do the job since they were the one's who could do the job the earliest.

Mike diagnosed the problem and thought the problem was the ice maker or the computer. He made a temporary fix to the ice maker which produced ice for a few days but it completely ceased any ice production.

We decided to change the ice maker but after further evaluation, Mike figured that the fridge was not level and this could be the cause of the
the problem. When I thought about it. The symptoms of the ice maker performance surely pointed to an uneven flow of water and felt that Mike made a good evaluation. When I thought bout the situation, the installers just placed the fridge into place, made the connections and made sure that the water was flowing and the fridge was operating. There was no check on whether the level.

Now, we wait and see if the ice maker will produce ice since it's been just about an hour after Mike completed the job. Think Mike made a good evaluation and we will see..

We LOVE this company. We’ve relied on them for years. Their prices are fair and they do excellent work. What I appreciate about them the most is that they are honest. Over the years they’ve repaired a washer a dryer and two refrigerators. We’ve even had them come out to determine when it’s time to “retire” an appliance as we tend to keep our appliances for as long as possible since new appliances are very expensive year over year.

Called Woo's Electrical Service to fix my Kirkland/Whirlpool washing machine. I had diagnosed it as the motor coupler and ordered the part beforehand. Scheduling was very easy and friendly. Mike showed up on time for the appointment and repaired the machine with ease. They take payment either by cash, check or charge. Highly Recommend based on my experience today.

I called Woo’s when my dishwasher started failing. Even though they couldn’t schedule work for another 10 days, I took the first appointment they had and then later they were able to schedule me for an earlier date. 😀.
