Marvin Woo is very skilled and does a great job. He doesn’t cut corners as other tradesmen have done at my place. He’ll also give you information on the status of your wiring. I’ve used him for years and he remains excellent.

Our refrigerator was making a lot of noise. Even though it’s over 12 years old, it never had a problem. Mike said that it was only the fan and he repaired it and now the refrigerator is good as new! Woo has consistently been excellent in their response and very reasonable in pricing. My clients appreciate their fast service and no nonsense repairs. Mahalos!!

Marvin knows his trade and his expertise is evident in options offered to solving challenges. He is efficient which results in reasonable charges for good quality work. In a situation which needs immediate attention he makes the effort to expedite a solution. I recommend him highly. There is one caveat. While one gets his personal he is a one-man operation. So plan ahead if you want to get on his calendar.

Marvin is friendly, professional, and great to work with. He showed up on time and understood exactly what I needed done. He gave me a fair assessment of whether the job could be done for the price I wanted to pay. I would definitely use Marvin again for my electrical needs and would recommend him to family and friends.

We appreciated Marvin and Harvey's professionalism. We had several issues and they patiently walked us through options. They completed the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. They were great to work with. We definitely recommend their services!

My dishwasher was leaking and they were able to get me in super quick. Mike came by and was very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed my dishwasher very fast!! Super courteous and friendly family owned business. :)

Dylan came out and quickly figured out that my breaker had failed and needed to be replaced. He had one on his van and was in and out quickly.

When it comes to something so specialized and dangerous as electrical work, I personally wouldn’t want anyone to do it other than Keith Morril and KM Electrical. With over two decades of experience and dedication to outstanding customer service and impeccable work, I feel a lot better knowing highly trained and experienced experts are the ones that will be wiring where my family sleeps at night.

I had an emergency with my breaker panel and I received a prompt response from Keith with good hourly rate.
Brad was able to come over within an hour on such a short notice which I very much appreciated. He has quickly troubleshooted the issue and fixed it in a very professional and timely matter.

EI Electrical has done work for me in the past and i relied on them again for an installation for a 220 outlet. called for an estimate, and they came out the same day, and was willing to perform install the same day. (cutting short) they came the next day promptly at scheduled time. very neat, answered my questions and educated me on things i wasn’t aware of. My service technician was John, very nice professional. Yes I would recommend EI Electrical for service and value.

I’m writing on behalf of my mom. She is 85 years old and paid 9,700 by check to EI electrical to an electricial Michael mayers just to change out a fuse box in her building in Waikiki in late May 2025. Unfortunately she paid him before he did anything. He showed up 3 hours late, my mom realized she was completely overcharged and changed her mind about the work.He and the company refuses to refund the check nor did they do any work. The manager Joseph has hung up on my mom and also berated her on the phone. The owner David refuses to call my mom and I back or pay her back. This is elder abuse.

Called EI Electrical and they sent an electrician out the next day. Jason came first thing in the morning and trouble shot the electrical problem within 45 minutes. He's the most knowledgeable and professional electrician i have ever met. He was able to fix the wiring issue and install my new ceiling fan in no time. Great guy and superior service. He also gave me a quote for a new panel box replacement for a future repair when my budget can accommodate it. I'll definitely call on Jason for any future electrical work.

Josiah was awesome, professional, prompt, very nice as a person, quick and knows his trade well. I was very impressed and would highly recommend and will go back to them for future needs. We wanted recessed ceiling lights in our kitchen. Easy to make appointment, punctual arrival, prepared to perform work same day. Electrician Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and he did a fantastic job with the lights. Transformed to feel of the kitchen. Recommend EIE without reservations.

EI Electric team were outstanding. I called for an appointment to install a ceiling fan and informed them of an issue with the electrical box. They followed up with my call and sent a technician the same day. Mike, the technician called to inform me he was on the way. Mike was super friendly and honest. He was upfront about the cost and made recommendations by actually showing me the fix. I was able to complete the installation myself because he gave me piece of mind with his recommendations.
