Would not recommend. Cleaning required touch ups. Head cleaner was respectful when showed the required touch ups. However, Zeny was very unprofessional when dealing with complaints. Told us how can we live in that (dirty) environment. That we were their worst customer. Said that we disrespected their staff, which is laughable because we gave them tips. We respectfully asked them to fix the issues we found because that was the service we paid. We were also told that they should’ve charge for more which we wouldve paid if we were told so. We paid $795 / $900 with tips for a moving out service for 3bd/2ba house.

First off, you are in a customer service related profession. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL US what you said. You said that you have high class customers, yet you act like a low class business.

No major issues with the cleaners other than the minor touch ups.

Highly recommend Zeny to learn how to talk to customers in a professional manner.

This cleaning company did a great job for our house. We had a rather large house to rent and were in need of a cleaning company to help. Da-Cotton Klining Services was the company that responded to me very fast and their quote was very competitive. The attitude of the manager of this company is exceptionally good and very quick to respond to anything that comes up. The property manager we hired to manage the house was a very meticulous person, especially for cleaning, but happily this company made the property manager happy in the end.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need. They respond fast, book appointments quickly, ask for reasonable prices, and do a great job. I truly hope their business keeps getting better and better!

Jack and his team were great to work with. He is knowledgeable and was easy to work in managing our pool. Leland who came to service our pool weekly did a great job and was very respectful and easy to work with also

I've had my share of replacing pool guys because their work slowly gets more and more lousy, but I've had this company come by twice a month for 4 months now and even when they have different people cleaning my pools sometimes, they all have a very nice demeanor and do consistently exceptional work. I'm pretty picky if there are things in the pool as my grandkids use it often and I have many brushes around the pool. They come by and do so good my kids never complain no more. I'm at week 5 of pool cleaning and the guys at SkyBlue Pools have done an amazing job. My pool used to look a bit hazy and I never knew why but ever since they took over it's been crystal clear. 10/10 recommend their services.
