We needed someone to come to our house for an emergency problem with our pump and the owner, Paul, came on a Sunday afternoon within 20-30 minutes of our calling him. He took care of the problem and we were good to go. Very friendly and helpful service!!

The tech came promptly after my call and diagnosed a blown fuse. I was back up in about 15 minutes. Will definitely be using Koko Head Pool Service for my next repair. I had been using Natural Salt Pools but they have become very unreliable and Curtis quoted one price over the phone and then when the tech got here it was doubled.

I had a great experience with Koko Head Pool Service in Hawaii Kai! I was able to reach the owner, Paul, over the weekend for a popped tile and some grout work in my pool. He came by quickly, was professional and friendly, and clearly explained everything he was doing. On top of that, he tested my water, offered to back-flow the pool, and shared some really helpful tips on general pool care. Paul went above and beyond—he's now my go-to for all pool needs. Paul from Koko Head Pool Service came and quickly solved all my pool issues. I was trying to service my own pool but I didn’t know what I needed, when I needed it, or how often. He had all the equipment and knowledge needed. And he is a truely nice guy too! We happily signed up for his monthly service plan.

Some were okay, a couple were good, but most ABSOLUTELY sucked.

My wife has been maintaining our pool for a year. Lately it keeps getting greener and greener. She kept brushing, cleaning filers, back washing and using more shock, algicide etc but all to no avail. Based on the reviews I read I called Paul of Koko Head Pool Service. He came out the same day to inspect our system. It turned out cyanuric acid was too high and our sand filter was too small. He gave us a quote in a few hours. We drained and refilled the pool. Paul came back in a couple of days to install the new filter with glass filtering media. Paul was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The cost was reasonable.
Now the wife is happy and I am happy too. 6 Stars to Paul if there is such thing.

The Trash Chute Cleaning was excellent. Renue has a very professional crew and their proprietary solutions they use get impressive results.

These folks came to my property I work at to perform a demo of their services. Very courteous and thorough, and they left the carpet in the room they did smelling like lemongrass which was great. If you're able to hire outside contractors to do deep cleaning of hotel rooms, I would whole-heartedly recommend this crew.
