Platinum was one of three contractors I contacted. We tried going with the cheaper contractors but ended up with incomplete work or was told that they couldn’t complete the work safely. When the Platinum tech came, he went above and beyond by cleaning of my dryer duct vent in my condominium unit. He was professional and described every step he did as he worked.

Dee is the nicest and best dryer duct tech guy ever. I've had him twice at my home. Not only is he extremely thorough in his duct cleaning, but he polished my washer and dryer lids and exteriors as well as the whole surrounding area. My whole laundry room was spotless. See goes above and beyond my expectations. I thought I was supposed to call annually, but he told me that I can wait a year and a half! He could have told me to call annually, but I really appreciate his honest assessment so I can save money. I will be calling Platinum regularly and can highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever done business with

Thousands of dollars later, they still couldn't resolve the issue with my vehicle. The owner is unprofessional, inappropriate towards women, and has been uncooperative with other mechanics I contacted who sought to know the detailed history of repairs done on my vehicle at A's.

I called over two weeks ago and asked to schedule a visit to get an estimate for AC installation. They couldn't schedule a time then but a couple of days later they called back and scheduled a visit for today at 1PM. I came home early for the appointment and waited an hour but no one showed up. When I called them again, they denied that they had scheduled a time with me, and said their next available time is in 3 weeks. The receptionist did not apologize, and was speechless when I told her "good luck with your business". These people are clowns...

I just met with Aileen and Kingston, and they were awesome. Caleb is coming out to maintenance my minisplits and Aileen is sending a quote for an additional minisplit that we want. They were listed as a preferred contractor with Carrier certification which is why I called. Cheryl answered the call and has kept me informed all the way through scheduling to their visit this morning. Great vibe, helpful and considerate. Soft touch with technical know how. I did see the google reviews were all out of date so I think the rating is lower than it should be. These guys are awesome. Thanks Aileen and Kingston.

Just got my split air conditioner from Kawika and his crew and couldn't be more pleased. All were very profesional, prompt, and had great attitudes. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. He kept me updated on the progress and the installation was quick. As soon as they got here, they started working. No delay at all. It was exceptionally hot and not one complained. We had priced several other companies and they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I feel that the price was reasonable and glad to pay extra for the work they have done. As for the unit, it is Mitsubishi's newest model and notice the difference right away after the installation. The unit is super quiet and live that I can control not only the temp but also set timers and use just the fan when it's not so hot. My only regret I have is that I procrastinated too long.
