I called around to so many places to see if someone could clean our window AC unit and no one could, when I called AC Cleaning Hawaii although they don’t clean window units he offered to explain to me step by step how I can open it up and thoroughly clean it which was a HUGE help! I appreciated that he took the time to help me without expecting anything in return, I will definitely be using them in the future when it’s time for our split unit to need servicing!

Rene promptly replied to my web inquiry within a couple of hours (it was the weekend just before a federal holiday). We sent emails back and forth, set an appointment, and he came for what was supposed to be just the estimate and initial assessement of my 2 a/c units. Because he and I both had time in our schedules to take care of the maintenance right away, he stayed and completed the cleanings of my 2 a/c units. I can describe his service as on-time, within quote, professional, prompt, competent, and excellent clean up after the job was done. Quality work at a fair price. Will use Rene at AC Cleaning Hawaii from now-- already referred Rene to a friend this week!

We had 3 split AC units, one that had a leak. All 3 had a deep cleaning done. So happy with the whole process. Rene even tells you some simple things in the interim to help maintain between cleanings. Rene was able to diagnose what likely was going on just over the phone. Never once did I feel skeptical or nervous with his recommendation and his work. He does a great job and can talk story as a bonus. Will be using him moving forward for our cleanings.

Spoke to Rene on the phone and asked for an estimate. Quoted me the price and after shopping around, Rene's prices were the most reasonable in my opinion. He asked what type of split unit I had and he told me it would take about one hour per unit. Rene came to my house on time and cleaned my split units. I wasn't there when he came to service the units because i had to work, but when I got home, I could definitely tell he cleaned the units. My bedroom unit was clogged and wasn't blowing properly. Rene cleaned the unit and it works great now. Rene was great to work with and he did a great job. Five stars across across the board. I'm definitely hiring Rene again. If you want your ac units inside and out done correctly, use AC Cleaning Hawaii. I previously used two different contractors, and neither took everything apart, took it outside and cleaned it completely, that when reinstalled and turned on it smelled so clean and fresh. Rene also found previous contractor didn’t put all the screws back in!!! Rene is very customer oriented, I had one of the louvers broken and both previous contractor said they would get back to me about getting the correct part, they never did. Rene made the necessary call and was able to get the part and fix it the very next day. His pricing maybe a little more than others, but you can’t beat the service and being confident, he did a good job. Oh, another thing the first contractor I used said it would cost additional if he had to clean the outside units, well not with AC Cleaning Hawaii it was all included. I’ve asked to be put on an annual maintenance routine.

We have used AC Cleaning Hawaii for two years now and Renee and his team have always impressed us. People may notice they are a tiny bit more expensive but it is money well spent. Just had my Daikin split a/c cleaned today by Rene who was so awesome. Professional, prompt, and a real good guy . Smart AC Systems customer service is excellent. Their response to my phone calls was immediate. All employees are personable, professional and knowledgeable. Any and all questions, I or my family had, about the installation were answered with great care. We needed additional work with my electric before the AC systems could be installed and the subcontractor that works with them was equally professional and willing to work with my schedule. I own and operate and B n B, therefore the Smart AC system crew needed to work around other guests when they were on the exterior areas. The air conditioners that Smart AC Systems installed are extremely quiet--no noise and blend in with the decor beautifully. The installation was a complete success.
