This place is horrible! They are 100% pro contractor only! They won’t even sell you repair parts for your own system even if you are a licensed technician as I am! This place is a complete rip off and they don’t like you if your not a contractor! I would not recommend even doing business with any contractor that does business with them!

Friendly helpful staff

Like the place they moved too, but they need to get organized in the warehouse. I waited over 47 minutes for some pipe covers and a few other things. Hope they get faster.

I had maintenance of our Mitsubishi AC completed today and very much appreciated the neat work of American AC because I have off white carpet with unit in the living room. Tyler also explained how to use the remote which probably was explained before but had forgotten from lack of use. Am extremely pleased with immaculate cleaning of unit! Thanks!😊

Excellent service by two technicians. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Met all expectations and more. Replaced 12 year old system that American air conditioning had originally put in.
