Your team did a wonderful job. I was apprehensive with the replacement of the old friedrich AC unit. I took a queue from the guy that sited the work of what areas needed to be clear for the job. (I don't know his name; ie., the Filipino guy). So things went okay. He pointed out that the original installers did not seal the openings they made. Your guys did seal the openings properly. Good job
As for the replacement of our old Mitsubishi unit, the job was also done well.
Thanks to Kristi for having us on the schedule quickly and we are now enjoying the coolness in some of the sticky kona wind weather. Thanks a bunch.

Owners Kevin and Kristi are wonderful to work with. I had hired them to install air conditioners in 2 houses. They clean up after the job and the air conditioning units are working in all the rooms inside the house.

From the initial estimate to the very end, everyone was professional. Kevin came to look over the area for install. He was very fast and thorough. Dealing with Kristi made my decisions pretty easy. On the day of the install, the installers showed up at 730 and it took them about 3.5 hours to fully install our unit. Awesome team and awesome company. I will definitely be calling them again for future installs.

Air Source really knows their business and has excellent customer service. I have used them for their quality work, and they are really easy to contact. I have 4 bedroom Mitsubishi A-Cs and one larger AC for our entertainment room. I also had them replace 4 10-year-old ACs with new ones.

Air Source has been an excellent AC contractor, both as an AC installer and maintenance provider. Its staff is very diligent and professional. The work is quickly and efficiently performed and they clean up the premises when the work is completed. Air Source is very highly recommended.

Air Source has installed and maintained my split air conditioning units since 2003. I trust Kevin Goo and his crew to provide me the best possible price and service for my needs. I currently have 7 Mitsubishi units in my home and 3 more in a rental unit all professionally installed and annually maintained by Air Source. They work efficiently, clean up everything before they leave, and only service the units that need work providing a cost savings to me. Even though one of my original units is 22 years old, they don't want to sell me a newer model since they insist that it still runs great. I trust their opinion and skills to keep my units in top shape. When I asked them to inspect the 3 units in my rental property that a previous renter had installed using another company, they immediately found that the units were installed incorrectly and the drain pipes were not at the low point causing condensation to back up into the units causing all 3 units to eventual fail. It just shows why you need to have a contractor that knows what they are doing and will make sure the job is done right. Kevin Goo and Air Source are the type of professional air conditioning contractor you can trust. I wouldn't use anyone else .
