Air Masters of Honolulu installed A/C throughout our 75-year old house with units in each room. They did a super job, but this was over 10 years ago and time took its toll. One of the compressor units had to be repaired or replaced. We opted to replace, which also involved replacing individual units in 4 bedrooms. We were extremely pleased with the installation team of Kim and Jessie who were also on the job 10 yrs ago! Now we have a 12-year warranty on these new A/C units. Air Masters has also provided maintenance and/or repair as needed over the years and we've always been pleased with the professionalism of their team of technicians. I would highly recommend Air Masters for any A/C needs here on Oahu.

Justin did an awesome job cleaning and servicing my AC units. He was very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was done. I really appreciate the quality of his work and his great customer service. Air Masters provided excellent service during the repair of our split a/c system. Kevin was our repairman and he did a great job finding the leak and then doing the repair. He also spent the time to explain what he was doing and also made sure everything was clean inside and out after finishing the repairs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I have been a customer of Air Masters for over 20 years and they have always exceeded my expectations.

We have been using Air Masters Inc. for over 10 years, when they installed our first AC unit. A couple weeks ago we had our AC maintenance done by Kevin and he is always friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and made sure to set up and clean up to keep the area clean. Kevin also assisted us with a quote for a new Mitsubishi unit that we will be having Air Masters install. We asked if Kevin could be available for the install. We highly recommend and refer Air Masters to anyone who asks.

Kevin and Kim came to install our new Mitsubishi AC unit a couple months ago. It has been working great! They were able to install it on a Saturday, which was very convenient for us. They worked diligently and cleaned up inside and outside when done. We look forward to working with them again for all our AC needs.

Air master put in our split air system many years ago. When it was time to replace them Christian came out on a Sunday and looked at what needed to be replaced. Monday I had a quote and the following Monday the service men came and put in a new system. They were polite, professional and quick. If you want a split air system I highly recommend air master. But don’t wait until it gets hot. They are very busy during the summer months.

Justin came to clean all of our A/C split units and did a FANTASTIC job! We have two houses and 6 units. It took him all day, but it was a big job and he took care to ensure everything was cleaned well and working right. Very professional and hard working. I can feel the difference in the air flow and we will continue to use Air Masters as the company we go to for all our A/C needs.

Had a scheduled appointment to diagnose/repair one of my split air conditioning unit today, February 5 2026. Kevin showed up promptly a little after 8am at my residence. After doing some testing and visually checking the indoor and outdoor units, he immediately concluded what the problem was, which took less than 30 minutes. However, he informed me that he needed to go back to the parts warehouse at Sand island so I told him no problem as I took the day off anyway. Within about 1 hour he returned with the part needed and resumed with the job. After another half an hour or so, Kevin fixed the issue with the ac and was back to normal again. I really appreciate technicians like Kevin who is very proficient at what he does. He's very prompt and a professional who does the extra mike to ensure customer satisfaction.

Contacted and spoke with Marion … very polite and courteous in accepting the repair request. Nice f/up by Kelley via text to inform me that the technician was running late bc of another job. When Kevin arrived, he asked for a description of the problem and then investigated the relevant split unit. He explained clearly what he believed was the issue and anticipated repair. He then performed the repair and summarized what he did. Kevin was very professional and easy to work with it. Overall, a very pleasant and painless experience with Air Masters’ employees!

I was searching for a trustworthy company for a repair of my split AC, and after doing some research I found Air Masters who has great reviews already. Starting off with a conversation with Marion for a initial inquiry, I could already tell how great this company is. Then technician Kevin who did diagnosis and actual repair is very knowledgeable and courteous, and did such a great job. I've already started to recommend Air Masters to my friends.

Kevin did an excellent job replacing the fan motor on my split A/C unit. This wasn’t my first time working with him—he had previously diagnosed and resolved an issue caused by insects affecting the same unit. On both visits, Kevin was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future problems.

My old Fujitsu A/C stopped working so I called Air Masters because they are the best from sales to maintenance and repairs! A gecko snuck into my outdoor unit and shorted the computer board. Kevin, their repair guy was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me options on how to repair my A/C and prevent it from happening again. Even while it was pouring rain outside, he never stopped his work. Kevin was very professional and kept working until his job was done. I’ve been using Air Masters for a long time and will always highly recommend them to my friends and family. Awesome small business in Hawaii.

I've been with Air Masters for several years and I've had a great experience with them - dependable and reasonably priced. They installed our split a/c units, repaired one (darn gecko) and service them annually. One unit stopped working recently. Kevin provided great service providing various options for the replacement unit to best meet our needs. I definitely recommend Air Masters Hawaii.

Kevin and Brandon serviced my air conditioner by replacing an evaporator cell. While servicing, they also did their annual cleaning maintenance on our two units. They are very professional and friendly by delivering excellent customer service and care. Marian and Kelly were awesome and pleasant by updating us on our appointments. Air Masters has been great to work with! My technician, Kevin, thoroughly diagnosed and fixed my split ac unit (external motherboard needed replacement) on the same day. I got my AC back. Another company tried to make replace the whole AC unit and so I was glad to get a second opinion from Air Masters.

Christian came out for an estimate to replace our ageing mini split. He was very responsive and made sure we were aware of all our options, and answered every question. Kevin and Kim showed up early and made quick work of the job, finishing in less than two hours. We're very pleased with the new unit and would love to work with them again.
