Very professional, nice and humble guy... Cleaned and serviced our split ac, looked and felt brand new as the day we first got it!

Never responded to two phone calls over three days. We went with Fuze, who was responsive.

Our central AC was not working I called Melvin and he got someone out to our house the very next day and now we have cold AC again. Thank you Melvin for caring enough to find a way to get my family cool again!

I highly recommend this company. Melvin did a thorough cleaning of the build up which caused my air conditioner to drip water. He responded quickly to my call, is knowledgeable about my Panasonic split air system, made sure units and surrounding walls were clean and dry. Melvin was fantastic. Arrived on time, was VERY meticulous about keeping things clean in my house, and has a high level of expertise. I have 3 dogs so my 5 units needed a lot of cleaning. He called me the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Melvin will be an annual visitor to my home for my AC maintenance.

An update to my initial review-

We had a failure with one of our units which Melvin installed a little over 2 years ago. We paid him around $17k for all of our units. Contacted Melvin and he came by the next day to diagnose it. He diagnosed it quickly as a faulty circuit board, and told us he'd be in contact.

He then avoided me and gave me the run around for over 2 weeks.

I'm not sure what happened. Frankly, it would've been nice if he would've just communicated. He did not.

Be wary.

Melvin was wonderful to work with. We had two urgent projects, and he took the time to address and resolve the issues. He was fast, efficient, and made sure everything was completed promptly.

Air Master’s (Kevin and Kim) replaced a mini split AC unit. Air Masters worked with me to relocate the outdoor unit away from the house to keep a clear walkway. I cut the sidewalk and dug the trench and Air Master’s installed the refrigerant lines and electrical inside an ABS pipe. It came out very professional at a reasonable price.
