Many thanks to Air Source Air Conditioning company over the years. I have only positive things to say about Kristi, Kevin and their crew for their professionalism, pricing and excellent work. I truly appreciate how they have given me hints on what settings to use on my remote control so that I can best utilize the efficiency of my AC units. Will not use any other AC company for installation and maintenance.

Kevin and Kristi went above and beyond in helping to install my split a/c units. Despite their official policy of not working with HOAs, Air Source worked with my unit b/c of a trusted referral- I am forever grateful for their kindness and generosity. Owners Kevin and Kristi and staff were kind, efficient, took the time to draft a drawing submittal to my board, paid close attention to detail, and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. Kristi even found a rebate to significantly reduce the cost! I highly recommend Air Source. I am forever grateful!

I was referred to Air Source and wholeheartedly recommend them to you! They arrive on time and come fully prepared. They know what they’re doing and do the job efficiently, completely, and cleanly. Everything is planned out and coordinated to run smoothly, from the arrival of the crew to the arrival of the electrician to the completion of the rebate paperwork. Kevin and Kristi run a values-driven company where professionalism, courtesy, respect and service underpin everything. Even after the installation, Kevin was very kind and patient in helping me figure out how to use the online app to program the unit. Air Source has installed two units for me over the last 10 years or so, and I’d call them for future needs. You’ll be happy if you do, too!

Replaced the compressor and did maintenance on three air handler units. Summer was upon us and mainland guests were arriving within a couple of weeks. We appreciate that they were able to schedule us ASAP so everyone would be comfortable and enjoy their stay. Our association with Kevin and Kristi goes back to 2002. They are easy to work with and we highly recommend AirSource.

We have used Air Source for several years to service our air conditioners and are absolutely happy with their service. Kristi is friendly, helpful and efficient. She will return calls in a timely manner and answer any questions you have. We recently replaced one of our air conditioning units. Kana arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us how to operate unit since it was slightly different from our current units.

The team at Air Source is exactly what ever consumer wants in a contractor. Prompt service, professional know how, efficiency ,curtesy and all at a fair price. The team led by the owner, Kevin were pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They efficiently replaced four split units at my home over two days and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They have our highest recommendation.

We had our system cleaned and service technician was very neat and cautious regarding the area. He lined the carpets with tarp, and cleaned every aspect of the air conditioner and unit outside the house. He did not rush but meticulously took his time to insure all was done properly. When done, he cleaned the area he was working in to make sure there were no residue of any sort. We were extremely pleased with the work done!

Kevin, Kristi, and the entire team at Air Source are awesome and have been so great to work with. Worked with them over a few years in replacing existing split AC units and eventually adding them to all the rooms in our home. They provide excellent communications and recommendations on the proper units for each of the rooms. The teams are well trained, very flexible in working with us, and work with a friendly and positive attitudes. It felt like I was working with friends in our community. They also helped in getting good prices on current first class products, and in obtaining available price credits. Overall the products and services they provide are an exceptional value.

Staff and techs awesome, however I am greatly disappointed with the quality of the metal of Mitsubishi, its showed rust after just 2 years, I have a Fujitsu 9 years old on same side of house, still no rust at all. Even the screws on the Mitsubishi are rusted, so they aren’t stainless steel

Very positive experience. Quick response and excellent communication. I had a Mitsubishi unit that was installed by Alternate Energy that was not working properly. They said they would not be able to come and inspect the units because they were too busy installing new units, but could come in about 2 months. They had previously installed three other Mitsubishi units for me. This is how they rewarded me for my loyalty.
Air Source called me the next day. Kristi and Kevin at Air Source came down to see me and were able to install a unit within a short period of time and I was able to have family over for an upcoming celebration. They really saved me when I really needed help during the hot summer month. They are now and forever my AC service provider.

Air Source Air Conditioning are a reliable company and always are friendly, when they come out to service my other units. The service techs did a nice job replacing and installing a new A/C Unit this past summer of 2025. I was given a rebate that helped bring the cost down. I really appreciated that! Thank you, Kristy! I called and was told that I could receive a tech out to repair our AC unit. Tech called and told me he couldn't verify that we had an account because the office lady wasnt in and said he wouldn't come. What great service.

I called and they said sorry we are not taking new customers. I own a biz and I hustle and grind for new clients. Must be nice to be so fat that there's not need for new customers. So all looking for help don't look here. I am unsure why they would even bother advertising.... Makes no sense.

Had an amazing experience with Advanced AC, they were very responsive and helpful from first contact to after instal. Kammie and her staff were professional and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend mend them for all your AC needs.
