Aloha! We had an outstanding experience with Pipe Masters!
We had a leaking outside faucet and a leaking toilet in one of our restrooms. After some research we opted to select Pipe Masters as they came highly recommended on Yelp. We made a phone call and spoke with Pili who quickly replied to us and was able to dispatch a technician for a free estimate in just a few hours. Devin arrived promptly in the given time frame and was able to give us a good estimate. He completed the work and went over everything he had done and even gave a few tips to keep our facilities in good condition long term. From the first phone call, to the initial inspection/estimate, to the completion of work, it only took 4 short hours! Much faster than we could've anticipated! Arvin called to follow-up on the service that was provided and answer any questions we had, in which we expressed our gratitude for great job! Mahalo Pili, Devin, and Arvin for providing us with such great service! We highly recommend Pipe Masters and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs!

I called Pipe Masters back in February for an estimate to “redo” the main water line pipe into our house. I needed the transition from pvc to copper pipe redone, a new pressure regulator installed and a section of the copper pipe removed. Everyone I dealt with was very professional from the person answering the phones, to Arvin who patiently sat through me explaining my “odd” situation to understand what I wanted to do, as well as Bernard and apprentice Michael who showed up to do the estimate and work. Bernard and Michael showed up on time and were very courteous, attentive, and efficient. I like to watch and learn and Bernard was fine with that and walked me through what they were doing and why. I’m sure it slowed him down a bit but he didn’t show any irritation about it, so I am very thankful. :) The day they came it was wet and rainy and the area they had to work in was not the easiest or out of the rain but that didn’t bother them at all. They did the repair quickly without sacrificing quality and exceeded my expectations on the experience. I also got a call back soon after to check if everything went well and if I had any other questions. I would definitely use Pipe Masters again in the future and would recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure dealing with Pipe Masters. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about customer service. They also make safety a priority for their employees and customers, which is much appreciated in the midst of this global pandemic. I booked an appointment over the phone with Arvin who was polite and informative, and received an email and text to confirm my appointment. I was also texted when my plumber George and his apprentice were on the way and was able to track their route online so I knew almost exactly when they would show up. They wore masks, gloves, and did temperature checks, and were conscientious about keeping things clean while they worked. George explained things well and kept me informed about the situation and the cost, which was the same as I was quoted. Payment at the end was able to be done online, and I was given a company mask as a gift, which added a nice, personal touch. To top it off, I was contacted by Ryan after the visit, to make sure I was satisfied with how it all went. I will be happy to use them again if needed!

We contacted Pipe Masters based on our internet comparison — for our toilets that were acting up, not filling the tank, ghost flushing, etc. So glad we did! Very impressed with their service from start (appt scheduling) to finish (follow up from office supervisor to ensure everything went well) — they’re responsive, professional, thorough, honest, and personable. They’ll be our plumber for future issues for sure.

My team and I use Pipe Masters all the time to scope the sewer lines of homes we have in escrow. They always give you an update when they're on their way and are very efficient, knowledgeable and professional! Took the time to explain what they were seeing and answered all of our questions. Izaiah, Pipe Masters' technician, arrived in the one-hour window. He introduced himself, and he asked me to show him where the work would be performed. After he looked at the work site, he gave me the estimate for the work which was hydrojetting. Hydrojetting was necessary to inspect the sewer line after it was cleaned. Following inspection, Pipe Master would determine what's the best approach for trentless rehabilitation of my cast iron pipe, if necessary. Izaiah removed and reinstalled my toilet. All is well. Additional work is recommended. I am delighted.

I enjoy hiring technicians that have pride in their work. I've used Pipemasters 4 times now and I was lucky enough to have the same tech and his assistant all 4 times. Repeat workers around the place make the job go easier. They know the house and it intricacies. Devin the tech and his assistant Micah are top notch. On time, polite, going the extra mile. Never had a call back from all of their jobs. The office dispatcher Arvin does a great job. Professional, detailed, courteous on
the phone. Its just how I'd like a company to run if I owned it.

We live in an older home and rust & buildup in our main line was becoming an issue. Pipe Masters hydro jet washed our line in a few hours and so far our flow issues have disappeared. The experience with Pipe Masters was great from initial contact online, via phone to set up the appointment, through the actual site visit with Pukana our tech. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. 👍

Pipe Masters will always be our go-to for all of our plumbing and related needs. We just had another job completed yesterday. Whenever I call, scheduler Arvin consistently answers with warmth and friendliness. He is courteous, takes time to listen to, and makes you feel that you’ll be in good hands with Pipe Masters. Arvin follows up promptly via phone call, text, and/or email. The work that the technicians do is consistently top notch. They are able to undertake the most challenging jobs, to which we can definitely attest! George and Devon did our first job, and Bernard and Micah did our second. These technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and pleasant. They communicate well so we know exactly what they will be doing and the cost involved. Pipe Masters is unparalleled in the work that they do and the aloha they extend.

Over the years I have gotten to know Bernard, one of their workers, and I always want him to do the work .... although I’m sure there are others equally as capable, but Bernard has become very special to us and everything he has ever done has been perfect!

Pipe Masters came out to our home to do a video of our main sewer line. The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were very up front with the costs of the services- no surprises! The scheduler was also great, and was able to schedule our appointment quickly. She also provided a detailed description of the service.

Our water main sprung a leak and we had a difficult time finding a plumber that would work on it because it was plastic and not copper. Pipe Masters immediately responded and offered to send someone out within 2 hours. They were always on time to their appointments, and were friendly and professional. The technicians even temporarily patched out line while they waited to receive the necessary parts to permanently fix it. I'm so thankful that we found this company and that they were able to help us in this difficult situation.

Was referred to Pipe Masters after conducting a home inspection and needed a plumber to do a sewer inspection. Danny & Arvin were great at scheduling and setting up the appointment. Arvin was very knowledgeable with scope of work being done and explained the process and how much it would cost. After my phone call, I received a detailed reminder text about my appointment for the next day.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text letting me know that the technician, George, was en route to the property. It even gave a link to track him! I thought that was pretty cool (Arvin mentioned it was similar to Uber lol). While there both technicians were very professional and so helpful.

Immediately after they were done, I had already received their report through email. This was very important as no time was wasted wondering when we would receive report notes and we were able to plan the next steps seamlessly.

The team at Pipe Masters made routine annual testing for the City of Honolulu experience pleasant. We coordinated with live professionals with excellent customer service, and their secure safety protocol kept our staff safe at a comfortable distance. Their scheduling email reminder was informative of the technician and the time we received service. Rapid response to our deadline requirements! Absolutely will be utilizing them in the future.

Another great experience with this company, from start to finish! I already knew, based on my prior experience with Pipe Masters, that they were a good company with great employees. From my initial call to Arvin to the work done by Izaiah and Tyler, this company seems to make it a point to communicate every step of the way.

For this project, they came to fix the P-Trap in my boiler room that had over 40 years of silt, scale, and lime build up that would slow my water flow to a drip. I now have a new, free flowing and quick drain line thanks to their attentive work. If I ever have drain-related work, this will be the company I call...! Mahalo, Drain Masters!

As soon as we found water leak in our house, I contacted Jason at Pipe Masters Jason responded to me immediately, I sent him pictures and video of the situation and he made an arrangements for someone to come out to investigated and detected where the leak was coming from. Thanks to the hard work, they repaired the leak within that day! Ryan the tech was also very friendly and respectful. If it were not for them, we would have continued to have multiple issues from the leak. They communicated really well with me and I felt really great about the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend Pipe Masters!

I was very pleased with Pipe Masters’ service. They were very knowledgeable. Arvin had great customer service and answered all my questions. Jake did quick work and explained everything to me. Overall, everyone was very friendly and will be using their services again.

The leaking pipe under our kitchen sink turned out to be a bigger job than we thought. I am so glad we decided to go with Pipe Masters they made everything so easy from scheduling an appt on their very informative website to confirmation emails and text messages letting me know when the technicians are on their way. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions as I know nothing about plumbing.
