We were having frequent drainage problems from 2 of our 3 bathrooms for the last few months maybe more like a year. We had Pipe masters come to inspect the lines. They came and scoped and jetted the lines to clear the clog.

I was very pleased with Izaiha from Pipe Master as he explained to me thoroughly what was going to be done. He also showed me what he was seeing in the drain pipe as he was scoping it. As he was jetting the pipe I did see evidence of large black glob of sewage coming through line as I looked down into one cleanouts. It looked like the dam had burst (finally). I am very satisfied with the work done and the recommendations he provided.

Just a a note, about a month earlier we had another plumbing company come and do basically the same thing. However the clog came back within a month even though we hardly used these 2 bathrooms. The equipment used by Pipe Masters for scoping and jetting seemed to be of better quality. With scoping I could see the pipe more clearly on the screen and the jetting seemed to be more powerful.

Again, very satisfied with the work done.

With no hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pipe Masters! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially loved their pre-visit communication (sending personnel profile, rating, and background) in addition to GPS tracking status.

They provided transactional transparency - fully disclosing the cost of the work to be performed and additional costs for additional work if necessary.

After having issues with a recurring slow drain, someone recommended pipe masters to me. I’m glad they did. I spoke with the manager Jason on the phone and he recommended having a technician come out and inspect the line with a camera which I thought was a good idea.

We scheduled an appointment and Devon came out a few days later to help figure out what was causing the problem. They were able to pull the toilet and put a camera into the sewer line so that we could see what was going on beneath the houses foundation. This was super helpful.

Not only did we find the cause of the problem, Devon also made a few recommendations on how I might best reduce the cost of the repair, which was much appreciated. He and Micah were fast, friendly and very meticulous, making sure to leave the place as clean as when they arrived.

Really couldn’t have asked more from them. It’s never fun to have work like this performed on an old house but they made it as painless as possible. Much appreciated guys, you did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend using this company.

Pipe Masters was extremely helpful and informative. When I called Arvin was helpful with providing information about their hydro jetting service. I scheduled for them to come two days after calling. Izaiah came out to the house and was nice upon meeting. I showed him the issues inside the house and walked him around the house. After that, he took it from there. He was able to detect the problems, hydro jet the house, and provide video recordings of the pipe within the three hours allotted for the project. At the end he explained the process and his findings. He answered all my questions and assisted with providing recommendations for me moving further.

I had an issue with my sink drain backing up due to improper use of my garbage disposal. Arvin answered my call and quickly got all my information put into the system and scheduled service for the same day. The technician, Manny, was friendly, helpful, and explained what he was doing during the entire process. Manny was able to quickly resolve the issue in my P trap and showed me how to try and unclog garbage disposal drains if they back up in the future. He found some other issues related to the backup that weren't my fault and put them into the report, and gave great advice. Hopefully I won't need to call a plumber again, but if I do, Pipe Masters is at the top of my list. Thank you for such great and amazing service!

Plumbers are expensive in Honolulu, but Pipe Masters is worth every penny!

Used Pipe Masters for a sewer scope for inspection on the home we are buying. Arvin was responsive, able to come out asap and went over all the results with me. The tech that came out was on time and very professional. Hands down would recommend

Pipe Masters are a very prime example of an excellent business. Very professional and responsive from start to finish. I called them as soon as we had a little emergency at one of our properties, and their customer service handled it with urgency and reassurance. They even send out notifications for technicians arriving on site and arrive well within the estimated time frame.

I got to observe the technicians complete the work, and they were very focused and direct with their service. Had a major backup issue and upon inspection found that the main line out from the house had holes and was disintegrating. The guys informed me of my options and were very knowledgeable about the process of installing a new pipe using a hydraulic ram. Gave me a straightforward estimate and honored the contract. The crew was prompt and worked past the 8 hours every day. They handled all the problems that came up during the job. Very professional, efficient and courteous and everyone was on the same page. We own an old home and are in the process of bringing it up-to-date. We needed our gas water heater installed ASAP. We tried contacting several companies with no luck. Because this was kind of a last minute job, no one could really fit us into their schedule…until we called Pipe Masters. I started by speaking with Arvin via phone. Up front, it wasn’t a short call. He had several questions and I made sure to answer each one to the best of my “non-plumbing knowing” ability. Thankfully, Arvin was very patient and understanding. He was able to schedule our installation just four days from the day we were speaking. He also went over some standard information and was able to give me an estimate. On the day of the installation I received an email notifying me that Devin of Pipe Masters was on his way. My appointment was at 1:30 and they were pretty much on time. Arvin advised me that the job was going to take about 2 hours. Turned out to be accurate. Devin and Micah were done by about 3:30. Before Devin and Micah began their work, I was informed that there was going to be some issues with the installation. My wife and I weren’t surprised.? Like I mentioned in the beginning, our home is old. The water heater that was being replaced was old and hadn’t been working for almost 7 or 8 years. The connections and piping were old and rusty and had to be replaced, which made the cost of the job higher than what was initially estimated over the phone. Devin explained all of this to us before they began working and gave us the new cost, which we were more than comfortable with. What really made our experience great was that towards the end of the installation, while Micah was making sure everything looked in place and good to go, Devin was able to answer some questions about a potential update/repair we wanted done to our sewer. He took a quick look at the layout of our plumbing and gave us some options of what could be done. I appreciate that he was upfront about the cost and that overall it would be a big job. He even gave some details about what it would take to complete the job. At the end, Devin drew up our invoice and we paid via credit card on the spot. I was emailed a copy of the invoice before they left. The next day Arvin called to follow up on my experience and answer any questions I may have had.

Overall I appreciate the level of professionalism we received. I don’t have a lot of experience working with plumbers, so I can’t really say how the cost of their service compares to others, but I do feel the quality is there.

It is important to note that if you need a new water heater, Pipe Masters can help you shop for one. We purchased our water heater along with some of the connections separate.

Will we go with Pipe Masters for that upcoming big sewer job? It’s tough not to after the great service we got.

Definitely recommend Pipe Masters 100%!!! They are very professional and responsive. Reminded me of our appointment and contacted me before their guys came. George was very helpful, informative and. professional. He was the kind of guy that you felt was being honest and looking out for our best interest. They were very thorough in their inspection and provided us with a video copy of the pipe inspection. Definitely worth the money! Glad we got their opinion rather than going with the first company that I think was trying to play us. The inspection is definitely worth it in the long run.

Called Pipe Masters for an inspection to determine overall condition of our home drain pipes.
Technicians arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work on our kitchen and main drain system. The video inspection and hydrojet cleaning of the drain piping was completed in 3 hours. Technicians were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. The video inspection results as well as recommendations to maintain our drain piping were subsequently provided via email.
Would call them again for any piping issues.

Our drains were backing up. Usually I DIY but the blockage was beyond the reach of the equipment I had at hand. When I need to call someone in I am looking for fast and efficient service from a professional who know what they are doing. They were able to have a professional on site within the hour. Our first experience with Pipe Masters was because of a leak in our yard. Thanks to the crew at Pipe Masters (Manny & assistant Tyler), the source of the leak that made our yard a muddy bog was repaired. They were persistent and thorough in locating the source of the leak and fixing the problem. Because we were pleased with their work, we contacted Pipe Masters again for another repair.
