booking process was easy. however there was a slight miscommunication from the head office about the time of arrival (not the drivers fault).

once timing of arrival was established, communication was excellent. Daniel and Cletus were great; once they arrived they were very courteous, professional and efficient.

I feel that the pricing was slightly elevated and more than we were expecting to pay. With that said, having everything done quickly and efficiently is valuable.

I live on the mainland, but I was coming over to help my parents. They really needed to get rid of their couch. They are in an assisted living community. I chose Aloha Junk Man because they are in Kailua and my parents live in Kaneohe. They were scheduled to arrive between 2-4 pm which was perfect. I received a phone call from Sage that they were on their way. I met them at the loading dock behind the building and met the other worker, Anton.

Both were very polite and kind, especially to my parents, and I appreciated that. I was given a quote after they looked at it and sent a picture to their boss. "Take it away, please!" Both of them took it apart, it's one of those recliner sofas, and took it away!

Working with The Aloha Junk Man has been an absolute blessing! Sage and Danny were the ones who came out, and they were fantastic. They arrived about an hour early and gave us a 20-minute heads up call beforehand. When we scheduled this morning, we were told they might arrive earlier than our 2–4 PM window, so we really appreciated the communication.

They hauled away our sectional sofa, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. Both Sage and Danny were friendly, worked efficiently, and were very professional throughout the entire visit. Before leaving, they made sure everything was cleaned up and the area looked great.

Cletus, John - Quick pick-up, easy to work with, and allowed me to add additional items for pick-up. They took away a large dirty couch that had accumulated dog urine on it and a large wooden dresser. They also took away two brokwn dryers that we were not able to get rid of through the bulk pick-up service. They handled the work within 20 minutes. Cletus was very personable and respectful. Would happily work with them again in the future.

Jorge from Aloha Junk Man did an amazing job for us — quick response, on-time arrival, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Great communication and very fair and reasonable pricing also. He was friendly and professional, and truly saved us so much time and stress! Highly recommend Jorge if you need reliable junk removal.

I’ve seen the Aloha Junk Man trucks all over Kailua for a while, so when it came time to move our medical office into town, they were my first call. The online booking was seamless, and the follow-up with Kaylin was almost immediate and she was very responsive.

Cletus and Matt called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up right on schedule. They were incredibly professional, accommodating, and efficient with our specialized equipment. After taking on-site photos and providing a very fair estimate, they got straight to work. They even handled extra items we added last minute for a great price! Our old space was left spotless. Big mahalo to the team—we’ll definitely be using them for all our future needs!

Anton and Conner were supper helpful in removing old furniture from our clinic. They moved professionally and efficiently without causing any disruption to our business. Any time we need any other junk removal services I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Sage and Anton arrived early and stayed late and we are so happy that they removed all the junk and trash on our property in wahiawa. Two of the nicest people I’ve met. From start to finish, the service we received was truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was honest, straightforward, and incredibly fair.

Two team members arrived promptly, quickly assessed the items we needed removed, and gave us a fast, reasonable quote—without any pressure or upselling. It was a huge relief, especially after a previous company charged us $400 just to remove a single mattress. We shared that experience with them, and they made sure we wouldn’t be taken advantage of again—and they absolutely delivered on that promise.

One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was how they treated my mother-in-law. She has a tendency to collect things and had a difficult time letting go of many items. The workers were incredibly patient, respectful, and sensitive to her feelings. They took the time to help her sort through everything without rushing or pushing her, and their kindness made a tough process much easier for all of us.

What also gave us peace of mind is that they are a Christian-based company. That truly resonated with my mother-in-law and helped her feel more comfortable with the process. You could tell their work is guided by strong core values—honesty, compassion, and integrity.

I genuinely wish more companies operated with this level of care and professionalism. We’re beyond grateful for their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Danny, Matt, and Dawson were super cool guys by doing all the hard labor getting rid of the heavy stuff that I for sure would not be able to do myself. We gave them breakfast sandwiches from McDonald’s and I had made some Shortbread Brownie Bars for them. Their next stop from my place in Kailua is Ewa Beach. I also gave them $20 bucks to get some drinks for their trip to Ewa.

Aloha Junk Man is the one to call if you need removal of anything. I claimed my prize from the BIA expo today. Malakai and Conner did an excellent job. They are courteous and very efficient in how they do their job. I'd also like to thank their supervisor Jorge Munguia that set the appt for me. He is friendly, easy to talk to and will not over price you. They are reasonable and easy to work with. If you need anything removed I would highly recommend Aloha Junk Man. I had such a great experience with Aloha Junk Man today. At 8:30 AM, I reached out for a residential garbage pickup. By 9 AM I had confirmed time, and by 10:45 AM, Cletus and Sage were already at my house and getting to work.

They showed up incredibly quickly, were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient, and handled everything I needed removed, a large amount of cardboard boxes and trash, without any hassle. The entire process was smooth, very well organized, and done with a great attitude.

Honestly, their timeliness and work ethic really stood out to me. They worked quickly and made the whole experience stress-free. My husband is currently out of the country, so having a reliable crew come in and take care of everything so easily truly made my life a lot easier.
