Wow! Absolutely impressive! You have set a new, much higher standard for pool maintenance companie in Kailua and hopefully on Oahu.

I've never seen anything like this in my life. I've hired pool companies in the past, have done my own pool maintenance and upkeep for my family's pool, and have talked to countless pool owners who wondered if their pool guy came even showed up today, and if he did, did he sweep or vacuum, did he skim the pool, etc., etc. The only way we knew if he showed up, was a few newer looking tablets in the skimmer. You've absolutely set a new standard with your weekly report.

The entire Swimming Pool Association of Hawaii (SPAH) should make it mandatory for all pool maintenance companies to rise to your standard and your reporting. I'll ensure one of the founding members and past Presidents of SPAH knows, and I hope he recommends it to the larger group.

I contacted Pentair for a warranty item because my high power wireless antenna was not working.
The parts were ordered, and Kameron scheduled an appointment to do the installation of the replacement parts.
He arrived promptly on time, replace the faulty equipment and had a great attitude!
