They were also kept us updated on the and were so quick my comforter didn’t get a chance to even get warm! The true value is with the installation crews, they were friendly, respectful and diligent. I was a General Contractor for 30 years in Hawaii, I know when I see a good contractor. The team was highly professional and courteous. They even repaired a previously installed (another company) gutter that was leaking and missing anchors, at no charge. I am pleased with the resulting gutter installation - just in time for the rainy season!

I had a partial gutter install done. Response to my online inquiry was within 24 hours. Danny, the owner, came and provided an estimate. He was friendly & professional, very thorough and explained everything well. On the day of the install, Logan & Keagan came, they were pleasant & knew what they were doing. It was a bit of a windy day so additional crew were called to assist. Danny also arrived to assess and help. I was so thankful he did because he had the foresight & ability to suggest & change the design slightly to achieve a more balanced draining efficiency. There was exactly enough leftover material to add a 2nd end spout that he offered to do at no charge. He could have made extra money for this addition, but didn’t. THAT small decision made me a customer for life. I trust this company & the employees to do outstanding work and stand behind what they do. Thank you Windward Windows and Gutters!

Had replacement gutters made on site and installed. Great job. Very happy with results. From sales to installation, everyone was top notch. Would highly recommend this Company for any of your needs.

I had a couple of concerns based on differences noted during the service and what I thought was going to happen based on the contract. The staff was receptive to my feedback but didn't really provide any answers or actions to address them. That said, my gutters are much cleaner now than they were.

The recent rain and wind almost blew my gutter off of my roof. I needed pretty urgent help reattaching the gutters. Gave me a quote pretty quickly that was very reasonable and lower than other quotes I got. The guy that came over knew what he was doing and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently.
Getting through the various automations and having quotes edited for changes was a little slow and it took a while for us to get scheduled (dispite communicating that this was urgent) but those were minor issues that were overshadowed by the great price and great service.

From start to finish it was a smooth and quick process. I inquired about getting some rain gutters installed and the estimator was onsite within a few days. Once scheduled, the installers was very professional, the Quality and workmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommended for future service.

I needed solar panel cleaning. Technicians were prompt, easily answered my questions, then got to work and finished quickly. I took my own before and after pics and have attached.

We have been struggling with this company for several years. They missed our weekly scheduled pool maintenance on many occasions resulting in our pool turning green. After several text messages about missed service, they would often show up, blame us, or the rain for the green pool and they would dump many chemicals in the pool. If they had serviced the pool on a weekly basis, they would not have needed the extra chemicals. When they did clean the pool, they would perform a sub-par service, leaving many areas dirty. On a couple occasions, we paid another company to clean the pool, as they refused to provide service. We additionally had a leak in our pool, they checked on the pool, stated that there was not a leak, but the water continued to drop substantially on a daily basis (i.e., one inch a day). The last straw occurred when the cleaner sent us a message about a family emergency, he stated he would be gone for one week which is understandable, but he showed up three weeks late. When he arrived, he refused to clean the pool, left and stated that he would no longer service our pool. Unfortunately, our time with Pool Service of the Pacific was very frustrating and a financial drain. We would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

Outstanding! I called them on a Friday afternoon and they got right back to me and were able to schedule me for Monday! They were right on time. Very professional and their work was amazing! They got out some very tough stains in the carpet looks great!

Appreciated the thorough and professional job that was done at my daughter's house and was very pleased to see and feel how clean and fresh the carpets looked and felt. A To Z Clean & Dry Carpet was recommended to me. They did an awesome job.
Besides cleaning, my primary concern was drying the carpet.
The carpet draws moisture to it on rainy days. And I've had previous cleaning done where every step sloshed water. Not this time.
I'm very happy. And will use them again.
