We had two difficult to clean white wingback chairs that were very dirty from storage and a move. Rod's experience and hard work really showed leaving us with clean and restored chairs. He worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job. would highly recommend Arise.

Rod from Arise Carpet Cleaning did a move out carpet cleaning for us and did a fabulous job. He cleaned four rooms and in two rooms the carpets were old and had some stains. When Rod was finished the carpets looked so much better and smelled wonderful. Rod communicated well with us and let us know he was running a few minutes late. If we hadn't moved overseas I would definitely call on Rod again!

Prompt, responsive, quick to get the work done, and great at setting expectations about what was possible when trying to get stains out of my carpet. I thoroughly enjoyed having Rodney and his granddaughter perform carpet cleaning at my condo after it sustained water damage, as they made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend contacting Rodney for any of his services. His competence and professionalism was a much needed breath of fresh air after dealing with a different, subpar restoration company to address other water damage issues at my condo.

It seems these days it is difficult to find a qualified, friendly and detailed technician. Well, if you are looking for one, Rodney is definitely a find! S&S Cleaning is the best there is. My Grandmother loves a clean home and can’t clean as much as she used to. We reached out to Shyla and she was understanding, patient and ready to help. She sent Row to service my Grandmother’s home. My Grandma made the comment that she feels like she knew Row for a very long time and that Row feels like family. I’d be lying if I said they were a normal cleaning company because they were far beyond that. What started off as a simple phone call for help quickly became a panic attack as I had to ask her for help. Shyla calmly stayed on the phone with me walking me through the attack, I didn’t know them yet. Didn’t even know she was the owner until later but for someone so successful to stay on the phone for 45 minutes to make sure I was okay isn’t just a “cleaning” company. just simply asking for help was hard. Stephen showed up to what I thought was a mess. He didn’t judge a single thing. And instead said no worries I’ll help you. I asked for a few things outside their scope of work, just mentioned it. He said they don’t normally do that. But he did it anyways. He folded my simple 5 pieces of laundry and laid them nicely on my bed. I’ve never had that done for me. Their team slowly trickled in with smiles on their faces, and although I remained in my office I could hear them quietly laughing. Stephen left half way through to get them coffee. Shyla stopped by to check on me. They of course cleaned my house the best they could. But it wasn’t just the cleaning. It was the time they took to care for every single thing in my home. The clean yes. But they didn’t just care about the cleaning, they cared about me. And that’s what makes them different I think.

We have been using this company for almost 10 years now for regular house cleanings and move-in/move-out cleaning. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
