    Service technician, Taylor a relatively newer technician was assigned to repair (the third repair call) our microwave at a time when technician Richard was on site to repair our range. Richard needed a part which fortunately Taylor had on his truck. With the part available via technicians' action, Richard was able to repair the range in short order. He then assisted Taylor with the microwave repair for which parts had been ordered, shipped and received. The repair of our over the range microwave was an onerous task had Taylor been working alone. The cooperation and coordination between Taylor and Richard was great to see with, after some time, a successful repair. Great job by two technicians we trust! Our Sears Protect Plan cannot be beat!

    He said that he fixed the problem , but there are more things wrong with the refrigerator. The side tray is still filling up with water. The freezer is difficult to open! The ice dispenser is leaking water! This problem was noted previously!!
