My insurance company recommended me to go with Servpro of Kailua and it was a good decision. Their project manager (Frank) told me that it would take 3 -4 days to fix my bathroom but it only took them less than 24 hours! Frank and his team worked extra couple of hours last night to make sure that we have a bathroom to use for the night. I would highly recommend Servpro!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the demolition crew, Chance and Brandon. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, hardworking, and efficient. They took the time to walk me through exactly what they would be doing before starting, pointing out important details and ensuring I felt informed every step of the way. The work was completed quickly without cutting corners, and their attention to detail was evident in everything they did. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, skill, and great communication, but these two nailed it. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch demolition work!

We were so happy with the service from Heather & crew that we hired them again to clean out the garage. Garage is ending up to be a 2 part clean up because I couldn't pack things away quickly enough. We will definitely be calling on them for part 2. Mahalo Servpro Kailua, you guys are great.

Project Manager Frank and his team (Max & Jake) were fantastic! We trusted Frank and his team to do the reconstruction of our home while we were off island. Frank kept my wife and I updated on a daily basis, from material section, dealing with with our insurance adjuster in regards with supplements, project progress and finally with the cleaning up of our unit. I highly recommend Frank and his team of Max and Jake! The remodel is beautiful!

Read the other negative reviews first before you get screwed over too. My neighbor called these people out due to a leak that caused problems in my apartment as well. She called and hired them for both her apartment and mine, I had nothing to do with it. For some reason they decided that I should be footing the bill instead of the person that hired them. They harassed me for weeks for an unpaid bill that isn’t even mine and have moved on to threatening legal action. What a disgusting and unprofessional company. On top of that they refused to provide me a bill breakdown for weeks and charged thousands for about a week of dehumidifier rental. I could have gotten those from Home Depot for a couple hundred dollars. Please go find a trustworthy company for your needs because these people will screw you over.

Billy and Ronald showed up within a couple of hours of discovery of a leaking pipe from my upstairs neighbours. Ronald immediately set up dehumidifiers to start addressing the mold issues. I was extremely grateful for the fast and friendly and expert service. I had mushrooms growing out of my ceiling😩

Heather, Ray, JD & Flamie were awesome. We'd put off getting help to clean out a family home. They gave us the BEST quote. They were all friendly and patient and helped me keep what was needed and dump what wasn't. The vaulted ceiling was cleaned which was a big worry for us. We will definitely hire them again.

SERVPRO of Central Honolulu and Kailua’s team of professionals hired for the reconstruction of my upstairs kitchen and living area, and my downstairs living room, bathroom, laundry room, and utility room, after major water damage mitigation and demolition, was completed in a very short period of time. Led by Project Manager Frank Vasquez and his efficient and very hard working team of Mike, Jien, and Andy, finished the reconstruction in 6 days! (It was scheduled to finish in two weeks.) Paying special attention to my choices of paint, flooring, cabinets, countertop, appliances, and household needs prior to reconstruction, I couldn’t ask for anything more. They did extra fixes on their own and immaculately cleaned up all the construction debris. It was amazing how fast they put up all the drywall, textured, and painted in my completely torn out rooms.

I have had a tough couple of years (first losing my cat then health issues). It kept getting worse and I thought to myself what’s next. Well in the beginning of the year I came home to my house in Waipio being flooded. I was so stressed and at my wits end. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Servpro of Kailua.
All I could think of was “ Lorraine, what is going to happen next.” When my adjuster called me to let me know I was going to get the check for the repairs I was thinking to keep the house the way it is since something else will probably go wrong.
I met Frank, my project manager, and he was very pleasant, but I was pretty set on my decision. He went over and beyond his job and showed sincere concern and listened to all my concerns (ex. My luck, my fur babies, health issues, my concern of leaving my house during the repairs). He ended up putting me at ease and helped me through the process so I agreed to go with the reconstruction. I am so happy with the repairs and I have hope that things will get better from now. Thank you so much Frank and his team (Daixin and Nash).
