Frank and his team did a awesome job on my mom's house. There was damage from a 2nd floor flooding at my mom's house. They replaced the flooring, vanity, repainted, repaired the holes in the car port ceiling all within 1 week. The quality of their work was very good and my mom and I were very satisfied. I would highly recommend frank and his team. The did the job in a reasonable time and the workmanship was very good. I have attached some pics of their work.

I am a wife to a disabled 22yr combat veteran and a mother to four children (ages ranging from 3-18), a cat, 4 dogs and the fish. I also have multiple sclerosis so deal with the challenges of that daily. Needless to say my life is really hectic. Well days after my 3 year old had his birthday and admits the preparations for my oldest daughters prom and graduation, I noticed water coming through the floor and baseboards. A burst pipe which caused severe water damage. Having only purchased the home less than 3 months ago it was so disappointing. But as disappointing and disheartening as it was I knew I had to take care of it immediately. I found a mitigation company to come and handle the situation as an emergency. Unfortunately instead of helping us they made the situation a lot worst by causing more damage. Feeling so defeated but needing to push forward, I called ServPro and talked to a man named Jordan.
He immediately came to access the damages and assured me that it’d be taken care of properly and said my family and I would be taken care of. I beleived him and I felt a load lifed off my shoulders. Soon after, I got a call from Frank, he introduced himslef over the phone and said he would be my project manager. From first talking to him I felt like he knew what he was talking about and felt that he was very supportive of our family.
Frank and his team (Mike, Jien and Andy) were very helpful. They answered questions I had, communicated not only problems that arouse but also gave several solutions and walked me through them so I was able to make a decision. Frank worked with the adjuster to make sure things went smoothly. Frank also helped decision making of materials easy but taking videos and sending pictures to myself and my husband. He then would meet my husband and I at stores, also going that extra mile and working around my husbands schedule. The most surprising help they showed me was that they took care of my fish when I couldn’t find a place for it when we had to stay a rental during the reconstruction.
I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone who finds themselves in a predicament dealing with damages to their home. We love the outcome of the reconstruction. They have great teamwork and communication with each other and the client. They are also experienced, meticulous and dedicated (not only to doing the job right, but also to help the customer out). Me and my family will always be very grateful to these wonderful guys who helped us come through this situation.

My condo had water damage when I was back home in Canada. Thanks to my State Farm agent in Hawaii recommending Servpro of Kailua. They responded quickly with water mitigation, testing of hazardous materials before abatement. The rebuild project manager was Frank Vasquez who did a great job of directing his team of Max and Cai to complete a first rate rebuild of my kitchen, replacing wet drywall, texturing and painting, installing new cabinets and new vinyl plank flooring with baseboards. Many people have commented on the great quality of work done by Frank and his team. I am very grateful for all they did to restore my winter home.

We had a water line burst above the kitchen/living room area and needed repairs quickly. I met with the Servpro Project Manager Frank Vasquez and his team members Max and Hua. When speaking with Frank I had found him to be professional and knowledgeable with the project at hand. I had high confidence with him and his team to do the repairs, they kept me updated on a regular basis on the project progress as the well as the building material section. Overall they were professional, very friendly and accommodating during that stressful time for my family and I. Chase and Jamal were excellent with their demo. Very patient and understanding with the project. Left the space clean and were easy to communicate any concerns along the way.

There is no one I could recommend more highly than Frank and his team, Daixin and Hua. Through excellent communication and regular updates I felt totally comfortable trusting them to get the job done while I was off site and out of state, knowing they would get it right. When I had schedule changes and logistical questions late at night it made no difference, Frank was there with a reply! I really can’t speak enough to how refreshing it was working with a team of true professionals; once the project was in their hands all I had to decide was what materials I wanted and the rest was taken care of.
What really set Frank apart though, was his ability to interface with my insurance adjuster. He took a project that was frozen for a year and a half with no funding and managed to get my whole bathroom renovated in under a month.
Fixing things well beyond the original scope of what I thought could or would be covered.
If I had to do anything like this again, these would be the first guys I call, they truly take care like family.

Such is the case with my home project, whereby they had to remove popcorn from my ceiling, remove and replace drywall that had water damage and replace my flooring. We are in Pearl City, HI and are finally in our home again thanks to Project Manager Frank and his awesome team (Daixin & Hua). My family was displaced for a while and thanks to Frank and his team for pushing forward with the reconstruction and giving us our home back. The team did drywall work, leveled our sub floor, primed and paint our walls (which I love), installed kitchen cabinets and countertops (which I also love), bathroom vanity, shower wall and floor, underlayment, vinyl planks and baseboards for our floor :). Frank and his team were awesome. Always professional, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Frank always communicated with us daily on the progress of our home, which was great. He also gave us recommendations on material selection (which we ended up taking :)). Usually I like to hang around when work is being done, but I trusted Frank and his team to take good care of my home while I went to work (which they did). Overall, my experience with Frank and his team was great because he kept me and my family in the loop on what was going on with our home and when it would be completed. I am very appreciative of the work that was done (everything turned out great). Now my family can have our meals in our own dining room again :)

We had an emergency in the middle of the night due to our pipes leaking which caused our apartment to flood at our condo in Salt Lake, Hawaii. ServPro came out and my experience with them was beyond my expectations. From a scale of 1-5 stars I would rate Frank and his team 1000 stars! The project manager Frank Vasquez is the man for this job, and he comes in full force ready to help. Frank contacted my mom and I and helped us with material selections during renovation, helped with communicating with our property manager, and listed our choices when it came to the renovation and let us know what would work best. Frank kept us updated on what was going on every step of the way from the beginning and until the end when they completed our apartment. Frank and his team Daixin and Hua at Servpro renovated our whole place from top to bottom including shower renovation, kitchen cabinets, flooring, wall and ceiling paint, and drywall installation. Frank and his team at Servpro were understanding, accommodating, had good communication with us, empathetic, respectful, professional and actually showed concerns that they genuinely wanted to help us.
