    I'm compelled to leave a review for elev8 construction after they built my 20×25 detached garage. I had recieved quotes from a few big name contractors while searching for a builder to complete my project. Many didnt even reply to me, the ones that did had outrageous prices with quotes that weren't even stating the correct sq footage of the building. I won't drop names. Construction on the island is booming so I understand that but most of these companies didn't even email a reply. Being on the Westside many companies don't even want to work out here for reasons unknown. I stumbled upon elev8 construction through the neighborhood app. I emailed john from elev8 and he replied within 1 hour of the email. We set up a time and he came out to give a quote. John came out and looked at my property and plans and got me a quote soon after for my build. My favorite thing about elev8 construction is that they are fair with the prices (not free, construction is hard work, I work in construction and know what it takes) and transparent. John was awesome through the whole process. Communication was amazing, when I called john he answered. He gave me a time line and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even corrected some foundation issues I had on the build due to the previous contractor which can be very frustrating for a builder. I have to say all the guys at elev8 construction were awesome. Down to earth local boys who want to work and want to do a good job for you. These are guys you can talk to and be real with and have some laughs with at the same time. Im blessed to have found john with elev8 construction. John his brother and everyone that worked on the job were trustworthy and hardworking. Working with a builder that you don't know can be scary and stressful, but elev8 delivers. I really believe in supporting the smaller companies because they care a lot more than these other general contractors. Awesome guys and like I told john before without them I couldn't have got this done if it wasnt for them. Nothing but admiration and appreciation for these guys. Great company, honest, humble and real. Can't thank you enough brother john!
