I had a wonderful experience purchasing my townhome with CB JENI at Painted Tree, TX. From start to finish, Tosha Flores, my sales manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a first-time homebuyer, I truly appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness. She made sure I received all my homeowner manuals and warranty documents on time, followed up with any documents I needed to provide, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way.

During my home orientation, Steve was thorough, and informative. He walked me through every aspect of my new home, including the appliances, HVAC systems, and more, making sure I felt confident and prepared to move in.

Overall, the entire CB JENI team was exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering a great homebuying experience.

Visited and toured new construction CB Jeni townhomes today. The neighborhood is nice, and so are the homes!! Janet was very helpful to explain things and show the homes.

We purchased a home from Janet a couple years back and even to this day Janet has been able to help us with random things and questions. We misplaced our USB drive, and she was able to quickly give us a list of all the paint colors used at our home. She was also able to provide us with other critical information like the type of flooring we have, ceiling fans, and sink fixtures. Janet could have just ignored our requests for information since she sold us our home 2 years ago, but she went out of her way to still provide us with the information we so dearly needed. Janet and CB Jeni were excellent for us! Highly recommended.

I moved into my new townhome at Painted Tree Village last week, and I am so happy here! From the minute I walked into the model last month, Janet Evans was so warm and welcoming, and she worked with me to help me secure this beautiful home! She has been super helpful from the start, always communicating things I needed to provide before my purchase, and has been sending me reminders about appliance warranty registration and checking on me since I moved in. We are a military family that PCS’d to Ft.Campbell and purchased from this builder a few years ago. We love our home so much and haven’t had any issues. We appreciated the little upgrades this builder had compared to others at the entry level price point. Overall we’ve been happy!

I’m a local Realtor in Clarksville and met the builder of Rockwood Homes back in 2021 when the real estate market was *wild.* He didn’t take advantage, was so fair, and sold multiple homes to my buyers with great terms that were a win-win. One client had a warranty item come up regarding the HVAC right outside the warranty window; but the team still came out and fixed it. When most builders would have said “sorry we can’t help,” they didn't back down. That act said so much about their character to me.

Fast forward to 2024, I’m now helping this builder on the listing side. They are so great to work with, professional, and truly want to provide an easy home building and buying process. I can’t recommend them enough! Check out their showroom in person, it’s gorgeous 🖤

Rockwood Homes are by far our favorite build in Clarksville. We just closed on our home last week and we are loving every bit of it. The builder Shawn, his crew Kelsey, Rene, Thomas, Chris, Alex and others I know I'm missing are the most professional, friendliest, supportive builder/crew we've encountered and we have other properties in town. Even after closing they keep you priority and open communication, THEY CARE about the Military families. Great structure built, and best quality you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend them and their homes and will forever be grateful for them.
