There is no engagement with customers or help for customers. As a customer you have to browse and figure things out yourself. Thank GOD for Google.

Staff didn’t know about products or where anything was. Yes it was busy, but when trying to talk they were distracted, dismissive, and one even rolled there eyes.

Great place to visit and shop but the garden's plants need to be attended too specially the roses and other plants they are very dry and they are thrown on the floor and none off the workers pick them up there branches are broken and mangle very bad 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 hope you guys improve it

Shoping online saved me a lot of time, just had to pick it up from the store and it was fast, also i noticed they already have the beautiful christmas trees.

Purchased flowers to feed bees and butterflies. Hidden behind the flower name tags, was another tag (lawfully required), stating that flowers were treated with neonicotinoid pesticide, which kills bees! Neonicotinoids are banned in other countries but Monsanto has much pull here in the States.
Neonicotinoids kill-life is over 1000 days, so these flowers would NEVER be safe to plant. Returned them immediately! I believe the tags were purposely concealed.

Enjoyed the garden center today. The clerk at the register had plenty of character. She was delightful. Plenty of colorful annuals and perennials. Landscaping scrubs available, too. Check out the gargener's case, too. Plenty of colors. There's hardscape material, too. Check it out for yourself. I'll return soon.

I visit this location about 5 times a week simply because it is the closest to my house. Selections and cleanliness seem to be improving, but customer service is at an all-time low. When employees don't know an answer or don't want to help (or simply don't care) they just walk away. This has happened at the customer service station, the lumber department, and the paint department (but never in the garden center). When I call them out about the terrible service, they just nod and agree. I don't expect hourly employees to move mountains but they are downright insolent.

I'm guessing they were just brought because everything was so beautiful. They looked healthy. Found good sized rosemary and some medium sized hibiscus, which for me are the perfect size to plant them in pots and start to see them grow. Got my seedlings some soil to plant in bigger pots and go outside.

Today I was at Walmart located at 1521 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75211 and asked for help with tire repair. A man named Leroy came out and rudely refused me. When I asked to find out the reason for the refusal, he said that I was not obligated to answer. I asked other employees inside the store and Leroy immediately came running and did not let me talk to anyone about my situation. Leroy said that the reason for the refusal was the Walmart store regulations! Tell me honestly, did you train this employee on the regulations and such communication with customers? I simply asked to explain and show the reason why I was refused in this particular branch! In response, I received negativity and ridicule. I consider such an act by an employee a reputational loss for the retail chain, I ask you to take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service.

Terrible service, I recently started going to buy their chicken that they make in the food service area however today there wasn’t any out where they’re usually placed so i went and asked and an employee named Maria, with an attitude told me they would be ready in an hour i said okay and stayed near the area to get some vegetables, not even a minute passes by and a lady comes by and asks Maria the same question and she says 15 minutes and continues to have a conversation with the lady, it was rude of her to lie and on top of that give me an attitude. Terrible customer service.

Looking for home flowers,great selection

Went in looking for asparagus crowns and onion sets for my garden. Unexpectedly, found them inside the store. I did not see many starter plants.
