I NEVER leave comments, but this is an absolute must. A short time after surgery, I was getting home with a bed on the way. 1 problem, no support slats for the bed. I couldn't get any help trying to get slats of lumber, frustrated and ready to leave the store and never return, a Mgr. Asked to help. This was Courtney McKoy. I was so furious when he arrived, I literally wanted to sell my Home Depot stock and never shop there again. But his understanding, and a plea to make it right restored my faith in service. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH, THE IMPORTANCE OF SERVICE. Please, Please, remember this simple but vital truth. Until your personal life is effected by a disgruntled employee refusing to do their job, just because they have the power to say no ? You won't understand this post. Thank you Courtney, it was a pleasure.

Came to buy a gift for my son and found a awesome deal but came to find out that it was an on line only deal. Very grateful for Geno and Jr for helping me out today by verifying the deal and making sure they provided great help and patience helping me out. Very happy with their expertise and customer service during a very busy day.

Unbelievable!!!! I want to give a shout out to Cory the night shift person for being so kind and thinking about her number one prioty which is me as a Customer. I was waiting to be attended for almost 30min and Cory was the only one moving to get the keys. Nobody wanted to help me out till finally the maneger that looks like a mole rat gave me what I wanted. I asked for a discount because I was waiting for a long time and just blew me off. What a poor customer service on her part. Not because I didn't get the discount, but because she didn't acknowledge that I was waiting to be helped! Thanks Corry keep up the good work!

Remarkable tonight. Had two assistants approach me to ask how they could help. And a third person spent considerable time researching my question.

Very organized. Nice layout. Good variety of herbs and vegetable plants. They had everything we needed to get our herb planter started.

Went in today to pick up red & black lava rocks, and a heavy duty water hose. Customer service was friendly and checkout went quick. Myvgo to Home Depot location. 2 thumbs up!
