What a crew! McCullough Brothers was at our property for two full days, and they were outstanding from start to finish. The owners & the crew were courteous, professional, incredibly hard working, and clearly take pride in what they do.

What really stood out was the level of equipment and expertise they brought to the job. They safely removed large trees around the house, power lines, and other obstacles with a level of precision that made the whole process feel stress-free. You could tell safety was a top priority at all times.

It’s rare these days to find a crew that combines professionalism, skill, work ethic, and respect for the property the way these guys did. Highly recommend.

After leaving a message with McCullough Brothers, I received a timely phone call from Adam who scheduled a site visit with me to assess my tree removal needs. Having called on his services over a decade ago, I was confident in his crew’s abilities. As we walked the property, he was quick to point out issues and prioritize them in terms of possible impending dangers and potential costs down the road. He gave me a price for the entire property but was happy to work with my budget as we agreed on a number for one side of the property along the driveway. Having received quotes from several other companies, I went with his because it was the lowest and, as I mentioned, I’d been happy with his services in the past. The next morning Jaime called to say they’d had a cancellation due to heavy snow and asked if he could send the crew over later that morning. They arrived at 10:15 and completed the job swiftly and efficiently. Earnest, the site manager, was extremely accommodating and helpful, walking the property with me beforehand to make sure we were on the same page, offering suggestions and asking me if there was anything else I wanted. His crew were professional and hard-working, expertly removing several large trees, one man in the bucket and two on a rope to make sure the tree segments fell the right way, another running the chipper. In addition, they smoothed out the tree line by removing smaller trees and pruning larger ones. This kind of work makes quite a mess, but as Adam assured me, they’d cleaned everything up by the time they were finished (I couldn’t believe how spotless the parking area and driveway were). The tree line looks great and I will definitely call them again for future projects.

This company and all of their workers are amazing! Friendly, competent, efficient, professional...you name it, they are it! My family has used their services twice and we couldn't be happier! Very helpful and transparent with their estimates and are very no pressure! Five stars doesn't seem enough, so I can say is, if you need any kind of tree service, start and end with them every time! Thank you McCullough Brothers!!!

Cal stopped in to check dates with us & look over our 50+ year old apple tree. When he arrived with his truck & chipper, he carefully & thoughtfully cut, climbed & chipped. He discussed the future of our tree, so knowledgeable! This was our fourth hire of Cal. Two years ago he had to severely cut our 75+ year old willow tree that was devastated by the 2023 floods, large broken limbs. It's returned so healthy! His knowledge & professionalism is bar none! And, he's a great guy to work with! 😁

Alexander Tree Service did an awesome job with four trees that were leaning over our house and deck. Not only did they safely and quickly remove them, but they cleaned up really well, were careful of big things (roofs, cars, ...) and small things (our flower garden). They were kind, polite, hardworking, and clean. I will hire them again the next time I need to remove trees.

A couple of years ago, I had Cal cut down and remove a big and old maple tree in my front yard. He did an amazing job. The tree was cut down he took all the wood away. When he was here, we walked around and looked at all my maple trees. He mentioned that I had another tree that was not happy. This spring I had Cal cut down the tree in question and I am glad I did. The tree had some rot in it and it was only a matter of time before this tree would been a major problem. Cal cleaned up all the mess and took the wood with his.

I highly recommend Alexander tree service. He is top notch, very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I can't say enough good about them.

Calvin was meticulous, efficient and safe when surgically removing diseased branches from our grand old maple tree. Furthermore Calvin very carefully removed a basswood that was reaching or clawing towards our house. Overall these fellows did a magnificent job! Highly recommend.

After the experience I had in my smoke shop today from a individual wearing a sweatshirt from this company i would not recommend this place to anyone! This man was extremely rude and yelling at me in my store I think this company needs to take extreme measures on how their employees act when wearing company uniforms..

As a retired electric utility company manager here in the northeast, I had a very unique opportunity to witness Floyd and his TRUE experts remove a 100' + pine tree partially toppled and endangering a house, following a horrific thunderstorm on Forest Lake in Whitefield in July of 2016. To do this, he pulled his crew off a routine job many miles away to address a potentially life threatening situation.
In, set up, cut, clean up, and out in about 4 hours - incredible, in my mind.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their concern for safety and their professional and efficient operation. Thank you Floyd for letting me witness this.
